  Unfortunately, we were not able to give a review of the food, because nobody waited on us. The cooks in the back were complaining about what the people in the drive-thru were ordering. The lady who was in front of us managed to get her order but had to keep reminding the counter attendant for a drink carrier, for sauce, a bag for the sauce because she just handed her several loose packs. We walked out and drove to the Douglasville location, where service there is ALWAYS top notch and the food is good.

  Worse Arby’s experience in the area… out of multiple soda’s and the mangers working and team members could care less… buyers beware…

  Horrible service Manager was on the phone I came through the drive thru my order was wrong I came in trying to get my order fixed young lady with glasses in the front was scolded for the order and she had nothing to do with my order being the manager was distracted taking my order Then I was told that i did not say any of that OVERALL JUST RUDE!!

  I used the drive thru to order my beef and cheddar meal… The meat on the outside look green or some weird color… I ate it anyway… Anything is good when your hungry… The temperature of the food was warm, not hot.

  The entire floor was sticky causing everyones shows to make a screeching sound. The food was ok and the service was nice and friendly. Still a ways away from what it used to be.
