  I was laughed at by two employees and then told they would charge me for 3 cheddar cheese in a cup cause they said they ran out of bbq sauce . So not very happy. Told me the lead would charge me.

  Food was nasty and cold. I sat in the drive-thru 8 minutes with no other customers in front of me. I had to go in to get my food because the boy in the window was obliviously slow. Got my Cheesesteak looked at it and asked for the manager. Come to find out the manager was working the register standing there the whole time while moving slow. She said can I help you sir!!! Her tone was so off-putting that I said no thank you have a good day. I left and threw my 15$ food/trash in the trash. I'll stop elsewhere when I get down the road.

  Well, at your drive-through window, the service was horrible. The young lady kept on saying that she could not hear me so I had to talk a little bit louder at this point the gay guy got on the speaker and tried to be funny once I approached the window. The young lady with the blue braids was laughing because the gay guy I guess they had something funny to say I asked him that they have any mustard he told me the only thing they had was honey mustard I asked for thousand dollars interest because that’s what you get for Ruben I’m from Ohio and yes, we are the best for Rubens. I receive my sandwich. I had absolutely no meat on my Reuben. I will never go back to this Arby’s.

  Foods normal fast food. Make you buy something just to go to the bathroom. I always wash my hands before I order or eat. Place just has a negative vibe cause it feels like people just don’t want to work. Will not return

  If I could give a zero i would. I had such a horrible experience that I contacted corporate. They even failed to contact me back concerning my experience. I give people the benefit of the doubt but after waiting in the drive through for 17 minutes for old cold food and flat nasty soda was absolutely ridiculous. Then the manager and a employee was arguing in the window! The manager kept walking away and I stayed calm and patiently waited. This was absolutely one of the worst meals I ever received and corporate has not responding within the 48hrs that they stated let's me know they can care less. Arby's you will never get any of my money again! I work too hard!
