  I went this morning with my sons and was told there was a delay until 11am due to the bays being booked. Over half the bays were available. I tried to book online but was unable to pay with a gift card. The price was discounted before 11, but strangely enough the only open bays started at 11am. The employee told me people had been reserving bays all morning but while we played mini golf we did not notice any new customers. We were also told with mini golf that we had to be finished by 11 due to an event. When we finished mini golf, majority of the bays were still open but was told again no open bays until 11 even though the employee did not look at the screen. Seemed very suspicious. Will not be supporting top golf in the future.

  Went on a Friday morning and had it not been for a school outing, we would have had the place pretty much all to ourselves. Wait staff was very attentive and helpful. Couldn't be happier with the service.

  Me and my Husband have been coming here for a while now and every single time we go the service is very unprofessional. We always order an appetizer and it takes pretty much the whole hour of our stay to get our food and half that time to get a drink and most the time they are not busy. Today we went and the server told us when we got there she would be back but if she wasn’t back before we wanted to order food to use the app. Fast forward about 5 Minutes go by and our friend wanted to order a drink, my husband tells the server “excuse me ma’am could we order a drink please”. The server then turns to her co worker in a very rude tone “can you handle that” and walks away! Meanwhile she goes to the bays beside us and serves but not once comes to our bay and asks if there is anything we need nothing!! This was the first time I’ve had it with this place due to it being very time we come! The GM needs to really train their employees on customer service by far the worst experience we’ve had!

  LISA ( MANAGER) WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO US . CLAIMED TO BE A MANAGER. NEEDS TO LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LEARN TO WATCH HER TONE WHEN DEALING/SPEAKING WITH THE PUBLIC. MADE MY EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE ON MOTHERS DAY. IF I COULD A LOWER RATING I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD.

  Fantastic experience celebrating step son's 16th birthday! They had a HUGE sign with his name set up prior to our arrival. Emily as extremely attentive, friendly, and professional. Outside of the known topgolf driving lanes, this location also has other amenities such as cornhole, putt putt, and more. Highly recommend this very clean facility with highly skilled employees.
