- NSNetta SpencerMay 11, 20261.0Subway, 724 Laney Walker Blvd., Augusta, 64 This inspection was a follow-up visit from an April 8 inspection. The score from that visit was 75. Observed two employees enter the kitchen after taking trash out and coming back from break without washing their hands. Hands were washed. Wash your hands when switching tasks. Observed missing Employee Health Reporting Agreements for all food prep employees. Have employees read, understand, and sign agreements before onboarding. Have all copies available at all times. Observed black buildup on the ice spout in front of the food service in the lobby. Clean. Increase cleaning frequency. Observed several foods (tuna salad and steak) being cold held above 41F in the prep top cooler, closer to the handwashing sink. New food was prepped, and old food was discarded due to being out for four hours without temperature control. Maintain cold holding temperatures at 41F degrees Fahrenheit and below. Observed employees actively preparing food with a watch, bracelets, an AirPod, and jewelry. Only a plain band can be worn during active food prep. Observed employees actively preparing food without proper hair restraints. Wear proper hair restraints, such as hair nets.

Second time which was the second day we ordered a Chicken avocado and it has no avocado and the sandwich wasn’t cut. I’m very disappointed and I won’t be going back to this subway and I don’t recommend you do.
