  Terrible customer service. Was told 15 mins. Waited over 45 mins. No apologies not even a free drink or anything for that long g wait. Will not be returning. Pizza was luke warm and nasty

  Horrible experience Pizza Hut on 15th St. in Augusta. Nothing against driver. Pizza Hut has got to do better. I placed order at 10: 05pm said order would be delivered by 10:48-10:58. Doordash Driver was told by employee that order had already been picked up at 10:28 pm. I called Pizza Hut at 10:30 employee stated that order had already been picked up. Delivery time said 10:46. Called backat 10:55. Employee apologized said they were resending order. At 12:26 I get a call from a Dasher saying they're outside with my order. I declined and informed dasher I no longer wanted order. This is ridiculous, completely unacceptable. Pizza Hut employee DID NOT WANT TO DO HER JOB. So order was NEVER received.

  The service is beyond tremendous! Their manager Tae is very professional, she focuses on making sure her customers are very satisfied! Exceeds our expectations on fulfilling wrong orders, and leads with a smile no matter the circumstances. The pizzas are always fresh!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great food, fast service, and friendly staff! Everything was fresh and exactly what I ordered. Definitely one of my best Pizza Hut experiences. I’ll be back!

  Sooooo, our door dash driver Tiara stole our food. I called the Store and spoke with Deena the AM and she was amazing. She apologized for the issue and immediately remade our order to be sent out again. She was extremely pleasant and helpful. If I could give her 10 stars I would have. Highly pleased and satisfied with her customer service and attentiveness to our issue. Thank you Deena.
