  I went here awhile back. I don't know what is wrong with people in Augusta Georgia leaving bad reviews. Be glad you have a nice sit down Pizza Hut. Down here in Dublin Georgia we don't have a sit down Pizza Hut. Only a take out Pizza Hut and another fake take out Pizza Hut inside a Fake Circle K.

  Literally 0 stars I am submitting a complaint regarding both the quality of my order and the way I was treated by the manager, Virginia. I recently ordered the Pizza Melt and wing deal. When I received my food, the Pizza Melt was extremely hard, dry, had little to no sauce, and was not edible. I have ordered this item before, so I am familiar with how it is normally prepared. I called the store to explain the issue. The manager answered the phone, and while I was explaining that the Pizza Melt was hard, dry, and had no sauce, she interrupted me and, in an irritated tone, asked for my name and phone number. I provided the information, but her attitude became increasingly aggressive. I then asked for her name and the corporate phone number because of the way she was speaking to me. She told me her name was Virginia and then hung up the phone in my face. I called the store back and asked to speak with the manager again. I explained that it was extremely rude and unprofessional to hang up on a paying customer who was simply trying to report a problem with an order. Instead of apologizing, she began arguing that the Pizza Melt was “supposed to be crunchy.” I explained again that there is a difference between something being crunchy and something being so hard and dry that it cannot be eaten. I also told her that I have purchased this item previously and knew this was not how it was supposed to be prepared. She eventually stated that she had credited/refunded the Pizza Melt to my account. She then told me that I “better use” the same 912 phone number when I came back to have it replaced. I appreciate the replacement/credit, but that does not excuse the way I was spoken to. I contacted the restaurant respectfully about food that I paid for and could not eat. I should not have been interrupted, spoken to aggressively, argued with, or hung up on by a manager. I am requesting that this incident be reviewed and addressed with the store management. Customers should be able to report a legitimate problem with an order without being treated disrespectfully.

  I paid $30+ for 2 super supremes, 1 with drizzle(non existent), lemon pepper boneless wings (they were out and I was put on the spot and went with honey bbq which is nasty), I only ate 3 boneless wings, and my bread sticks came without any marinara sauce, I was struggling to eat 2 with ranch dressing. Horrible experience.
