  Stood at the counter several minutes. At least three people walking around in the kitchen. They looked through me like class. I guess you get service at the drive-thru?

  The light-skinned male manager at this location provided an extremely disappointing level of customer service. I had a DoorDash order to pick up around 12:00 am last night. When I arrived, I waited at the drive-through for approximately five minutes without receiving any assistance. I blew my horn to get someone’s attention, but no one came. I waited another five minutes and still received no greeting or assistance, so I blew my horn again. After another five minutes passed with no response, I knocked on the drive-through window and blew my horn again. Approximately four minutes later, someone finally came to the window. The light-skinned male manager, who I believe said his name was Chavone, came to assist me. I asked to speak with the manager because I wanted to make a complaint about waiting nearly 20 minutes without receiving any assistance. He informed me that he was the manager and explained that the employees were in the back talking, which was why they did not hear me. I then asked about my DoorDash order, only to be told that they had not completed it because they were out of wings. I asked whether the wings could be substituted with another item, but he told me they could not make a substitution because the restaurant was closing in approximately five minutes. This was by far my worst experience at this location. Waiting nearly 20 minutes without being acknowledged, followed by finding out that my order had not even been prepared because an item was unavailable, was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I hope management addresses this situation so future customers and delivery drivers do not experience the same lack of communication and customer service.
