  Absolutely terrible experience and a complete waste of $47! I honestly see why this location only has a 3.6 rating now because this is hands down the worst Papa John’s I’ve ever been to. I placed my order online and it said it would be ready by 6:53. I arrived shortly after 7, only to find out my food wasn’t even ready. To make things worse, my order status showed as “picked up” while I was still standing there waiting, which makes me think they may have given my order away. I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes for food that was clearly rushed and thrown together with zero care. I specifically requested NO olives, yet my pizza was covered in olives anyway. The pizzas were undercooked, sloppy, and barely even appetizing to look at. The parmesan breadsticks were greasy, and I was also missing the pizza sauce I paid for. The entire order lacked flavor and looked nothing like what you’d expect for the amount paid. For nearly $47, this is beyond unacceptable. What’s even more frustrating is I could have gone to Pizza Hut and gotten 2 pizzas, breadsticks, and wings for around $30 and had a much better experience with better tasting food. Instead, I wasted almost $50 on food that felt like nobody cared enough to make correctly. Completely disappointing from start to finish. Poor service, inaccurate pickup times, messed up orders, low-quality food, and missing items all in one visit. This location seriously needs better management and quality control. I will not be back.

  Placed an order for delivery and never received it. Called the store and was told they didn’t have an order in my name. The delivery driver never responded to text messages but says delivered. Contacted door dash, they said the order was placed at 3412 Wrightsboro Rd. They will refund me my money. If you wanted a pizza, you could have just asked not steal it.
