- LBLindsey BriardOct 1, 20265.0There always polite but I have not gotten to try the new apple pie latte because they never have it
- HAHello allSep 30, 20262.0i dont have an issue with them speaking nor the food at times, its ok but i DO have issue with my drink of large coke having dead bugs in it, kinda pissed me off because you know its one of those things they will frown at you about and wont do crap about, im going to leave this establishment alone and just stay with chick filet
- ESErik SSep 15, 20261.0Overpriced fast food, mediocre service, and when did a soda get to be $2+ with no refills? Hard pass.
- KBKathy BSep 13, 20261.0People are very rude and customer service sucks how are you going to up charge me for something I didn’t ask for
- MMMissSoftStepsSep 6, 20261.0This is HANDS DOWN the absolute WORST McDonalds in the CSRA. from the half-filled drinks, under-cooked bacon, rude employees, untrustworthy Store managers (yeah don’t complain they all are friends). Missing items, this place gets worse and worse and Does not need to be remotely close to our military installation. I cannot believe the horror of this store. Try them yourself to see the 1 star reviews are accurate! They are! They need to rid this store of management down and try again he’ll change franchise owners at this point. This is RIDICULOUS! Go down the steer to the Jimmie Dyess store. Big Difference and better customer service.
