Person taking the order wasn't very efficient, kept repeating, not understanding. Finally got the order straight, paid at the first window, went to pick up, received our drinks and then was asked to go to the next window to get the rest of the order. I asked why, and was told that a big mac and quarter pounder are special orders. Really? Since when? Went to the next window, had 5 cars get their order and go around me before they got ours at the window...smh, shows lack of managerial overview and monitoring of how their workers do or don't their job...

The kiosk options are glitchy, I wanted a coke zero but it wasn't a option for the combo meal I was purchasing and you can no longer see the kitchen from the dinning area. McDonald's is really searching for how awful they can be before people stop buying.
