    Worst McDonald's I ever been to. I only wanted was a coffee. Took them 20 minutes. The coffee was awful nasty 🤢

    If you're cool with missing items, by all means, use the drive through. Or, you can go inside and enjoy the aroma from a couple of homeless people sleeping across various benches. Kind of a lose, lose. Staff are nice though.

    “My experience with this company was exceptionally disappointing and wholly unacceptable. My order was canceled without any prior notification, explanation, or effort to communicate the reason for the cancellation. This lack of transparency and consideration for customers is concerning and demonstrates a significant failure in basic customer service standards. Seeking clarification and resolution, I contacted customer service only to encounter an equally troubling experience. The representative was unhelpful, dismissive, and failed to address my concerns in a professional manner. When I respectfully requested to speak with a supervisor, I was met with rudeness and a clear lack of professionalism. Most concerning, the representative abruptly terminated the call, effectively hanging up on me rather than attempting to resolve the issue or escalate my concern appropriately. The complete absence of communication regarding my order, combined with the disrespectful treatment I received from customer service, is unacceptable by any professional standard. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism, especially when attempting to resolve an issue created by the company. Unfortunately, my experience reflected none of those qualities. I strongly urge management to review this matter, investigate the conduct of the customer service representative involved, and implement meaningful improvements to both customer communication and service standards. No customer should be subjected to this level of disregard, disrespect, and unprofessional behavior.”
