  My idea of 4th July celebrating was not what we were expecting. But this 4th we spent at Dave and busters with Sara , Courtney and Gary ! They were amazing , that’s actually not even the word to explain how our day was. It was extraordinary, the ladies made sure to go above and beyond that my kids had a wonderful time. From the decorations, to the games, to the cheering on the kids even if they weren’t winning. My kids loved it and asked if we could go back to see Mrs Sara , Mrs Courtney , and Mr Gary. Yall sure have an incredible team and can’t wait to come to all the other events they told us about. Please make sure to appreciate all there hard work!!! Sara even made sure the kids not included in the event felt included. Her and Courtney's passing out necklaces, them doing the announcements to inform us about the face painter. This Augusta team did it !!! Way to make my 4th of July the way it should be, my family being happy is all that matters !!!!!!! WE WILL BE BACK !!

  Today, my girlfriend, her best friend, and I attended the 4th of July event. For $25 it was all you can play and from 6-8, a buffet was served. We got there right at 5;45. The food came out hot, fresh, and tasted amazing right at 6:00. It was food that D&B does not serve any other time. Baked beans, Mac n cheese, sliders, hot dogs, bbq chicken, coleslaw, and pasta salad ! The very moment we sat down, we were taken care of by the waitresses with drinks and cocktails. Courtney, Sarah, and Catlyn, and the entire staff were welcoming & friendly. They made the experience fun and had great energy. They mentioned more themed events possibly coming to D&B. I looking forward to them and most definitely plan on attending. Job well done to the entire planning and staff that worked the 4th of July event

  The server was nice, but he and the manager had poor communication and in all reality horrible customer service. I came for the wings and all you can play. I needed to get another all you can play card. The wings and all you can play card was 21.99 and the all you can play card by itself was $55. No one notified me that it was $55 for the all you can play card. I asked to have my bill adjusted and the manager said it says all you can play is on our website. I did not research the website before watching the USA game. I was on a date so I let it go and paid, but I will be following up with the GM. What kind of service is that. I was already paying over $100 and they were greedy. What kind of service is that?

  Yesterday was my daughter 14th birthday June 27th 2026 to be exact! We arrived to the establishment 3:45pm with a total of 4 people requesting a table for 13 people and was told by the greeter before they could seat us it had to be at least 10 people present. I totally understood that and didn't have any issues waiting for the other's to arrive. About 30 minutes later everyone arrived the greeter than told us we had to wait much longer without an estimate time as they were changing shifts from the morning crew to the evening crew and didn't have a waiter to services us. We were finally seated after 5:00pm with our group separated into two spaces, no complaints though we were okay with that as the space was not to far away from one another. Around 6:15pm while still eating our food the waiter comes to the table and asks if we could be finish by 6:45pm as dhe was told they have a goup of 35 to 45 people coming to celebrate a graduation and needed the entire space where we were seated to services them. Thinking to myself we hadn't finish eating, we didn't get dessert to sing Happy Birthday to my baby, nothing. I requested to speak to a manager in which Rebecca comes over yarning. I made my concerns known to her but she didn't seem interested in resolving the problem as if it was going into one ear and out the other walking away with no resolution and never returning. I than requested to speak to the head manager John and he stands there with his index finger thumbing on his head stating "well y'all been seated for two hours" I politely reminded him that we didn't get seated until after 5:00pm at was now 6:15pm. I then asked if there was a time frame costumers needed to leave their tables and John replied, "well no but we assumed you would be this long." I again reminded him that guess were still eating and we haven't gotten dessrt to sing Happy Birthday to my daughter. I than stated, "our money is spending just as the group will," so "why are we being asked to leave by 6:45 from any other guess in the establishment." I meanted being 100% sure had he asked any other party to leave they would feel the exact same way I do! And then John turned and walked away from our table with again no resolution, no response, just simply turned his back on me and walked away. Needles to say I asked the waiter for bags to go as our checks were already being placed on the table that I didn't request but some of our guess did because of the rudeness, uncomfortness, and disgust in this establishment. My daughter birthday was ruined although she tired to make the best of the situation. We spent $422.31 on food not to mention game cards for around $300.00 that the kids couldn't finish enjoying either! Extremely horrible 1st time costumer experience. If I could give zero stars I would and specifically to the management team however five stars to the waiter as she appeared to be the only one who cared.

  I was excited about taking my daughter and my nephew to Dave and Busters to have a good time. Playing the games was cool although its a lil pricey but not to bad. I had talked a host about a booth I wanted so we could sit down an eat but out of nowhere came this rude lady with a burgundy shirt with burgundy hair that works where the from comes out at coming telling that I didn u talk to a host about the booth that I sat down at...literally 5 10 mins after talking to the host about the booth. So I go up an asked the host is it ok if I sat there she said yes sure. I asked what was the problem why did the burgundy shirt burgundy hair approach me so hostile about the booth we just talked about. She didnt have an answer. I told her that we need an apology from the burgundy shirt burgundy hair lady but it never happened. I dont know who the lady is but she is sooooooooo rude and disrespectful. She came telling me what I did but not knowing what the hell she was talking about. Needless to say we wont be coming back. Service sucks
