Our family comes to Dave & Buster’s often because we can eat and play at the same time but usually when we come, we don’t always get food because sometimes the food is hit or miss on being fresh and flavorful. I don’t know if Dave & Buster’s has upgraded or done changes to their staff or menu or processing of how they prepare their food but when I say everything we ordered was fresh and perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious hands-down 10 out of 10 experience on the food shout out to whoever was at Dave & Buster’s cooking on October 14 at 8:17 PM, you snapped !!! Also, our server was amazing as well. I had to stop eating to do this review because I was so excited to share my experience.

I have very mixed feelings about this Dave's and Buster's location. Simply because we have been there about 5 times with no issues, but we went two weeks ago and had a very very unpleasant interaction at the bar area. So I will not judge my experience on this once incident, but I will also not give them a rating.

I am writing to express my profound gratitude for an exceptionally positive experience my son and I recently had at your establishment. Despite a personally challenging start to the day, my paramount priority was to ensure my son, who has special needs, could fully enjoy his visit to what he considers his favorite place in the world. I am absolutely delighted to report that, thanks to your remarkable team, this goal was not only met but significantly surpassed. The entire staff demonstrated an outstanding level of professionalism and care. I specifically wish to commend the management team, Rebecca Warren and Andrew Drake, for clearly fostering such a welcoming and high-performing environment. However, the individual who truly transformed our visit was Bailey Powers. From the very first moments of her interaction with my son, her genuine warmth, incredible empathy, and extraordinary generosity were strikingly apparent. She possesses a rare ability to connect with people, and her compassionate approach elevated what would have been a simply "good" day for my son into an absolutely unforgettable and amazing experience. Bailey's dedication and kindness left an indelible mark on us, and her actions will certainly not be forgotten. We are immensely grateful for the joy and comfort she brought to our day.

We had my son’s 13th birthday party here - it was such a great value!! We did the pancakes and play which included ALL DAY arcade game (no tickets) games! We were there from 10am - 4:30pm. My son exclaimed it was the BEST birthday he’s ever had!! TeSean was absolutely amazing. Super attentive to our group and overall just the nicest! Happy early birthday to you, too!! George (the GM) was hospitable and so helpful throughout the entire event! Cannot say enough good things about our party experience - highly recommend if you’re looking for a party spot!!
