- TWTaten Wagner3 days ago3.0I wasn't expecting to be blown away when we walked into a fast-food restaurant, but thankfully this also wasn't my worst experience at a fast-food restaurant. It was average, with much room for improvement. The workers were nice, polite, and professional; there just weren't enough of them for the lunch rush on Sunday after church. The manager who does scheduling needs to take a look at this. We observed one man who waited nearly 30 minutes for his food, who ordered immediately after us. My favorite part was the ice cream, but the burger left much to be desired. Our food was fresh and hot, and my onion rings were delicious. We may return again if my kids happen to get gift cards again. I was expecting average, and that is what we got, and that is what we will expect the next time we go.

The last two times we ordered Medium Blizzards, by the time we got home, took the lid off, it was less then a small. Not just one blizzard but both Blizzards! This is the second time! Customer service in one word...RUDE. Next time we go to Cookout and get their Ice creem. You get more for nearly half the cost, and it's really good! Very disappointing!!!
