- TMTina McCoolMay 11, 20263.0AC was not working. Order a Pecan Cluster Blizzard & it was made wrong. There should not be any vanilla ice cream showing when made! Mine was vanilla ice cream & pecans. 😔

Waited another 5 minutes before anyone came up to asked if we were ready to order. Gave the mobile order information. Gentlemen turned around and asked for the mobile order. 5 minutes later we were given our shakes/blizzards. Waited another 5 for our food. Total time from order to having the food 30 min. Food is good and was hot just disappointed with the time and the lack of communication from staff.

At the recommendation of a friend, they suggested to try this place out. I did and it was great in the past. My travel plans had me in Richmond County, Georgia and having a few minutes before another appointment I stopped by. The restaurant sits on an out parcel of this shopping center. The tenants in the shopping center have changed. The outward appearance of this DQ not so much. The interior had the same layout. Restrooma to the rear and there are a number of booths. Elected to order a Heath Bar Blizzard and yes the price has changed. It was presented upside down. Noted that the blending of ingredients was great, with most of the candy contained in the top third. Issues noted include the HVAC was not working and multiple fans to move the warm air. Blending of ingredients I inquired about a cup of water and learned that there would be a charge. Thanks, but not heading back anytime soon.
