  Mobile order - pickup was 10 minutes late, chips were cold and stale, left out guacamole, quesadillas was cold.

  The portion for Stak so small could not believe. I then went to the line and asked for a cup of protein, that lady in the picture give me even a smaller portion, did not full the cup. And when I ask she said this 4oc. With that look . So I did not take and left with my family The other chipotle batter

  On Wednesday, 7/22/26 at 8:15 PM, I was sitting at the corner while waiting for my online order, I witnessed an incredibly unprofessional customer service interaction at this location. An Asian male was waiting in line to order while the server was engaged in an extended, friendly chat with a group of young girls, the man quietly left. Right before the door closed, the server, who appears to be an older white woman in her 50s probably with grayish hair, made a mocking gesture, sarcastically yelled “okay, byyyyeeee, aww!!!!!,” and laughed with the group of girls she was still chatting with. The male customer returned to ask to speak with the manager, she responded - “ Well, I am the manager, Sir! The male customer proceeded to ask why she was making fun of him. She sarcastically denied mocking him. At this point, I intervened to tell her “ Yes, ypu were! I told her that her behavior was "nasty" and highly inappropriate for an adult. Mocking a customer is unacceptable, especially from someone in a leadership role. I recorded the incident on video and have submitted it directly to corporate for review, as this kind of behavior severely tarnishes the brand's image and is completely unacceptable.

  I dnt know if this will make it to the right person but just wanted to share my experience with the workers at this establishment. Not sure who the lady is at the pick up window but she was very rude. I didn’t know you couldn’t order at the window it’s only pick up. She didn’t inform me in a polite manner, she also was rushing me out the way after she said u need to order online or come inside. But I said ok then I ordered online and lady gave me bag then slam the window on me. I know the customer service in this city is horrible but this is wild. I dnt even know this girl and she acting like this. Also the food looked horrible. It looked rushed and just thrown together. I hope someone in management see this and responds to this review. I want to settle this with management before I contact higher.
