I've visited this location several times; twice in the last week and a half. The service is incredibly slow! It is nothing like the Chick-fil-A experience that's trademark to the name. The Peach Orchard Rd location runs circles around them in comparison. It does not matter if you have an app order or order in the drive thru, the wait is exceptionally long. While the employees are generally pleasant, they don't have the chipper gratitude for your patronage that the restaurant is known for. Jaleel brought my food to the car today, and he was both professional and genuinely courteous. His disposition is the exception when comparing all the others from multiple visits. The traffic is clustered and the flow is clumsy. For this to be a bigger location, it certainly isn't a better experience.

I visited the Robert C Daniel location on Thursday, July 2, 2026. I ordered a Cobb salad in the drive thru. It took a while to get my food. However, I get home and my order is wrong. I called and was told I could come get what I ordered. I don't stay anywhere near this location. I think there should be some consideration for the fact that I have to drive back to get my order. I didn't return. I was very irritated that I didn't have anything to eat.

When you pull into a chick fil a most people expect 10/10 service from top to bottom and most locations provide that! However, this location slacks highly in the typical chick fil a customer service. I was “greeted” today by I believe her name is Erin and she is rude! She not only cut me off multiple times while ordering but her attitude was just not it. Sadly, she isn’t the only one here that needs a better attitude.

I don't always stop at Chick-fil-A, but when I do, it's usually because life has turned into a full-contact sport. Kids are hungry. Wife's checking the GPS. Somebody has to use the bathroom. Somebody else already did. And somehow Chick-fil-A still manages to make you feel like you're the only customer in the building. The food is exactly what you came for, but that's not what keeps people coming back. It's the employee who says "my pleasure" like they actually mean it. It's the dining room that somehow looks cleaner than my house five minutes after I cleaned it. It's the efficiency. The confidence. The kind of operation that doesn't panic when things get busy. I pulled in needing a quick meal and left feeling like I had my life together for a solid twenty minutes. The spicy chicken was on point, the fries disappeared faster than my paycheck, and the sweet tea was smoother than my attempts to explain to my wife why I needed another tool from Harbor Freight. Some places sell food. Chick-fil-A sells relief. If every business ran like this, half the stress in America would disappear by Tuesday.

We had a very disappointing customer service experience today with Chick-fil-A Augusta Exchange—the first negative experience we’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A. We placed a mobile order, picked it up, and were told the order was complete. After arriving home, we discovered that an entire entrée was missing. We called the store expecting a simple resolution, such as a credit for the missing item. Instead, we were told that partial refunds or credits were not an option and that the only solution was to drive back to the store to pick up the missing entrée. We explained that we do not live near this location and only stopped there because we happened to be driving by there today. The representative stated that they could make a note in their system for up to two weeks, but we would still need to return to that specific store to receive the replacement item. We were told there were no other options. I’m struggling to understand how this policy reflects good customer service. When a store makes a mistake, requiring the customer to spend additional time and fuel to correct it doesn’t seem reasonable. In reality, anyone traveling through Augusta who encounters a similar issue would have little practical way to receive the replacement item they paid for. I’ve always associated Chick-fil-A with exceptional customer service, which is why this experience was so surprising and disappointing. I expected a more customer-focused resolution.
