- WPWil PettySep 28, 20261.0They've made the mobile process basically worthless to where there is no point to order from there anymore. They now keep completed orders behind the counter, rather than leaving it for the person to just get it. The food is fine. I'm sure it's because somebody stole something at some point, but it takes away the whole point of using the app which is to order food without having to talk to anyone. Just be aware if you order from here. It's already a nightmare during lunch time.

I brought this to a team member’s attention because I was concerned about eating green potatoes. I was told that they were safe to eat and, more concerningly, that they see fries like this from time to time. I understand that the green color itself does not necessarily mean a potato is spoiled, but greening in potatoes can be associated with elevated glycoalkaloid levels, so I did not feel comfortable eating them. I did not ask for a replacement, but I was surprised that the food-quality concern was treated as completely safe rather than prompting a closer look at the fries. I hope this location will look into why visibly green potato pieces are making it into customer orders and make sure they are being checked before serving.
