  By far the worst CFA I've ever been to. Customer service (the thing CFA is best known for) is awful and slow. Drive the extra couple miles to the next location

  They have a mini Tesla diner experience! The only problem is they opted for the lower speed, EV chargers.

  Yall, I have been here over a dozen times ordering food for 10 or more people and they have always got it right. Never have I been to a fast food restaurant where they are always perfect on orders of that size everytime and theyre so nice about it too! Me driving up during the busiest time in the morning with an order big enough to feed everyone in the line currently alone, and they are so nice about

  I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup under the name Danielle Henderson, when 9 mins after notification that someone was on the way with my order, I went to the window to find out where my order was. The woman at the window, Kaylin, retrieved the order and informed me the person who was working the front counter didn’t inform her the order was ready. At that time I requested fresh food, as they are fried items that had been sitting for at least 10 minutes. She told me “well don’t take it out on me.” At that point I requested to speak with a manager. She went to get another team member, and I stood at the door waving to get someone’s attention. The Team member she went to, Anu, saw me waving attempting to get someone’s attention, turned around and walked away. When she was informed I wanted to speak to a manager, she came to speak to me. When asked if she was management, she informed me she was not. She then went to get Nessa. I explained to Nessa what the issue was and that I no longer wanted the meal, as I do not trust a team member to handle my food. She apologized, but could not provide me with any contact information for the store manager. She also told me because I placed the order through the app, that I needed to request my refund there as well. I’m disgusted with the attitude of the staff, and have never had such a negative experience at a Chick-fil-a restaurant. I now understand why this location has a 3 star rating on Google. This team needs to be retrained. I wouldn’t bring my dog here.
