I had a HORRIBLE experience at Carrabbas on Mother’s Day. After waiting over an hour for a table, we also waited 40 minutes for food that came out ice cold. All five of us. When the manager came over, he offered to “heat it up” for us, which was baffling. My sister and I opted to just get dessert, and while mine was delicious, hers came out hard as a rock. They took 30 minutes to remake my mother’s meal, and then they were out of her dessert. We ended up spending 3 1/2 hours there. The only positive? Our server. Naveah was a SAINT the entire night. She was apologetic and extremely supportive of our complaints, all while keeping a positive attitude. She was genuinely the only good thing about the dinner, and one of the best servers I’ve ever had. Shoutout to her! But they need new management.

Great food, excellent service and a very nice ambience! Servers are very friendly and attentive! Menu offers something for every taste. Steaks, Pasta, seafood etc… I highly recommend giving this place a try. Come back if it’s been awhile, I think you will be glad you did.

Great atmosphere amd service. The food is fantastic as well. It was our first time ever going to a Carrabbas, but I'll definitely have to go back! We got the cheese sticks as an appetizer and they were fantastic! Husband got a smoked old fashioned and it was very nicely done! High end vibes and food while still being casual and fun!

My friend and I came in for an early dinner on Friday early evening! The welcoming staff seated us quickly and in a booth. The atmosphere was delightful. And our servers were wonderful. Hope was very patient as we waited for our third dinner companion to arrive. After a time we called our friend to learn that she would not be able to join us after all so Hope took our order and kept our drinks replenished with a smile and some humor! She is a delight. Food was tasty! And the kitchen even added a surprise of extra tomatoes for my salad!! I enjoyed my entree! Hope brought it promptly and the temp was perfect. She was very attentive which was so appreciated! The manager approached in a friendly manner asking how we enjoyed our meal. I can understand how he holds a manager position. He is a people person. My friend and I will definitely be patrons again soon!

I hate to leave a terrible review! Because I love Carrabba's in FL (well specifically in Estero/Naples) and they're usually known for great service. It must be the area why they're good down there but not here! The Augusta Carrabba's has been sorely disappointing. When I went a year ago, I got the Salmon and it was cooked perfect! However, the broccoli did not taste fresh or sauteed. They seriously tasted microwaved. And the calamari wasn't as overcooked, but not the best. Totally frozen. And my husbands steak had a decent amount of fat, but tasted decent. And Sangria was great. Flash forward now to a year later we go back to try them again, and YIKES. My husband's steak was so full of fat and did not taste good. His portion of the meal was over $40! It should be a decent steak! And the fries were cold and tasted frozen/old. And the Sangria was definitely watered down. The calamari was severely overcooked, chewy, some parts so hard and inedible, and lacked flavor. They're never had the best calamari, it is obviously frozen, but this was just simply horrible. And my salmon and broccoli were the worst I have ever gotten at a restaurant. The broccoli looked GRAY and disintegrated when cut with fork/knife! But even worst, my salmon. The presentation to start, it was broken in half and looked dry. Even when the server placed my plate down he apologized for the poor presentation. I have NEVER had a server bring me a plate he was embarrassed of. I tried to eat it because I was hungry and remember a year ago the salmon was amazing, and just couldn't. It was so dry. My husband and I left our plates pretty much barely touched and just wanted to leave. The server asked if we wanted to speak with the manager and we said no, we are not complainers, we just wanted to pay. But they still had the manager come over which was the right thing for them to do, so I am not complaining about that. And we were honest with him, we aren't complaining, just didn't like anything, and are fine paying and leaving. We didn't give attitude or anything, he seemed relieved we didn't want to complain and just walked away. I am talking about a 20 second interaction. He didn't admit that the food truly did look gross. 😂 And in the end, they deducted the fries and that's it. Even though everything was pretty much barely touched. But that's fine. We know that Augusta isn't the place known for fine dining. I was there for work and I don't live there anymore, but this was just saddd. And now that I live in Greenville, I will not go anywhere near Carrabba's ever again. I am not trying to be mean, but because my husband is Italian and learned to cook from his grandmother who owned her own restaurant and I've lived in large metros with great restaurants, I just feel like the people of Augusta honestly don't know what good food is. Sorry. 🙏
