Robert, Ryan, and Victoria hands-down plan the best events. We have used the Augusta bonefish and worked with Robert for many years. He and his team have always gone above and beyond to make us look like heroes to the dental students we treat to dinner. The venue, food, and service is always outstanding! We honestly refuse to use any other restaurant because of how easy they make it. I highly recommend hosting any private events with Robert at bonefish Augusta.

I had a corporate event here in a private room and I was pleasantly surprised. While this isn’t my style of food, I would definitely come back for any corporate event in the future. The service I received from Ryan, Robert, and Kiyaki was TOP NOTCH and the sole reason I will return. My customers were well taken care of. These three servers are true masters of their craft.

After arrival to Bonefish Grill, we waited 30 minutes to receive undesirable burnt asparagus and cold food. After bringing this to the manager attention he said, "grilled asparagus look like that," yet I was told by my server that my aspargus would be sautéed and cut up due to my concern about the grill with food allergies. This was a waste of our time and money. I left there hungry, disappointed, and unhappy with the outcome.

The servers were nice and attempted to be accommodating but everything was just so bad. We arrived during happy hour and I had high hopes, due to one of us having been to other locations with good experiences. However, that quickly went out the window, starting with the appetizers (bang bang chicken, ahi tuna, and oysters). Everything was overcooked and rubbery, except the ahi tuna, wasnt bad and my first time trying. Even the mashed potatoes were mushy. I asked for cheese and bacon on top of them and they came with a slob of cheese melted across. The manager explained that they only had blocks and placed a block of cheese on top. He ordered steak and lobster; the steak wasnt cooked nor seasoned properly -- extremely salty on the outside and none throughout. The lobster was rubbery because they overcooked it. The drinks were just terrible, we ordered an old fashioned and a blueberry martini and the old fashioned tasted like there was only liquor in the glass, whereas my martini was drowned in syrup. Everything took forever to come out but not sure if thats usually the case or not.
We even ordered chargrilled oysters, against my better judgement. Tasted like burnt cheese, and the oyster itself was none existent.
I want to believe that other locations are better but this one is seared into my skull. Even after letting the managers know about the mishaps, overcooked lobster, fish, etc our bill still came to over $100 but we left barely eating. My plate of food (code dish) was a still there picked over and my drink left as well.
Not sure what the others in the comments are ordering for them to leave such raving reviews, but cant imagine it's any better. Save your time and money...at least for this location.

My wife comes here often with her friends and she loves it! She finally got me to go with her and I must say I see why she likes this place! Shout out to Vincent for being a cool dude! He remembered my wife and was great to talk with! You don’t get customer service like that anymore these days! Most young folks can’t hold a decent conversation. As a bonus while chatting he made an excellent suggestion about the cut of steak I ended up ordering. Ordered the fillets instead and they were cooked to perfection! Medium rare just how I like it! Thanks bro! Darla says see ya next time!
