  Went there for late lunch. Although it was almost empty, our meal took almost 45 mins to arrive. The food was awful. My fish was probably the worse I have had. Left uneaten. Will not return

  I was here yesterday and had a great experience, which is exactly why I brought my family back today. Unfortunately, this visit was absolutely horrible. The service was extremely poor. Our server was rude, and the bartender, who was helping run food, was even worse. She made rude comments to members of my party, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. The food quality was also disappointing. My garlic mashed potatoes were so hard they had the texture of a twice-baked potato, and the sautéed spinach was extremely salty and nearly inedible. It’s frustrating because my experience the day before was excellent, but today’s visit was the complete opposite. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable bringing guests back again. Management needs to address both the customer service issues and the inconsistency in food quality.

  Food - I was with a party of 15. Most ordered the bang bang shrimp tacos, I should of did the same. I ordered the Mahi mahi with shirmp, it was more like Shrimp with a side of mahi mahi. The mahi mahi was "4oz" but just about the same size of the shrimp. Plus it was burnt. Management did have them send me another mahi mahi that was cooked alot better. There was a price for Mahi mahi and another price for Mahi mahi w/shirmp. I legit felt like an idiot for paying 30$ for 5 pieces of shirmp, a bite of fish and broccoli. I guess I could of returned it and had it taken off my bill like some of the others did with their plates for various issues. If paying extra for the shirmp don't DECREASE the size of the fish aswell. Service - No reservation and they still seated us. Kept the drinks coming and were polite. Atmosphere - it was kind of dark

  My husband and I came to enjoy a nice Sunday lunch but we got seated right away! The restaurant had a total of 8 seated tables! After 15 minutes we still did not have a server great us but the other 2 tables that got seated after us got bread and drinks and we still did not have server come to take our drink order so we left and the hostess that sat us even said have a good day knowing we did not have service! Very disappointed!!! Do better Bonefish!! And to say this WAS my favorite place to dine!

  I ordered a Caesar Salad with Wood Grilled Salmon and bang bang shrimp as an appetizer. I received the salad with NO SALMON and the bang bang shrimp with a little cup of sauce on the side… not at all the level of service or presentation I’d expect for $70. The manager took no ownership then rushed me off the phone by saying contact DoorDash as if they’re the ones who prepared the food! These restaurants now must be in a desperate way for staff these days! No professionalism or decorum! The kitchen staff can’t read and don’t care if orders are incorrect, just giving bad experiences all around! To say the least they’ll never get my business again!
