  Great location. Beautifully-appointed restaurant. Their entryway has a revolving door! Cool and unexpected in this area! Hostess was professional, pleasant, busy, and running To-Go orders as well. Keoko, server, was excellent. If I mis-spelled his name, I apologize. Grilled Rainbow Trout with Sauteed Spinach and Garlic Whipped Potatoes an excellent choice at $24.90. Coconut Pie - with Rum - $9.90. Delicious and well-worth the cost. Negative: A female Manager who passed by my table a couple of times - she never looked at me, never greeted me, and never asked me if everything was going well. She did, however, stop at two tables in my area, where she spoke with a young, Black gentleman in a suit, and she also spoke with a Black couple - possibly seniors - seated at a table directly in front of me. She missed out on a glowing review of the restaurant from THIS female Hispanic/White Senior!!! And, for that reason alone, I will NOT be returning to this Bonefish location ever again!!! I can spend my Senior Dollars at other restaurants in Augusta that are just as good as this Bonefish location - and where the staff AND management are equally attentive and considerate of ALL of their customers!!!   I had such a wonderful experience at Bonefish Grill, and I have to give a HUGE shoutout to our waitress, Victoria! From the moment we were seated, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Victoria went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our entire meal. She checked on us regularly without ever being overbearing, was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, and made great recommendations. Her personality and positive attitude truly made our dining experience even better. Victoria is definitely an asset to Bonefish Grill and deserves to be recognized for her outstanding service! If you visit Bonefish Grill, ask for Victoria—you will not be disappointed! She deserves all the praise. ❤️ Thank you, Victoria, for making our experience such a great one! We will definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  My husband and I went over to the Washington Road location for a much-needed long overdue date night. Our server was Ricky. From the moment we sat down until the moment we left, he had a smile on his face and helped us pick out our meal. We watched as he helped other servers and pitched in where needed. He is definitely a huge asset to the restaurant. We don’t get over there often because we live about 45 minutes away, but we will be sure to ask for him going forward.

  My husband and I visited the Augusta Bonefish today. We went to a movie which ended about 4 so we were early. We live in Aiken so don't get to go to Bonefish often. This visit was extremely disappointing. We asked to sit in the bar area but the host said there wasn't any service in that area, went toward the dinung room and asked to be seated in the booths and was told someone else had just been seated there, and were offered a booth directly behind the host stand. The restaurant was almost empty but had to take our least option. We ordered 2 drinks and there was confusion on the waitress' part and a drink had to be redone. We ordered bang bang shrimp and the waitress attempted to remove it before we were done. We received a plate of bread that was supposed to be fresh but was not warm or fresh. This is not our usual experience but something was seriously wrong today.

  On behalf of Faith Christian Church, we would like to thank the Bonefish staff for an amazing time last night. Mr. Hughes and his crew in the private dining room are phenomenal from start to finish. They are extremely easy to work with and they execute every request asked. We were extremely pleased with the staff (waiters and chefs), the service provided, and the quality of the food (price, appearance, portion size, temperature, and taste)! We are forever grateful for the atmosphere the private dining room affords. The settle decorations and the cleanliness of the facility is always top notch. Kudos to Bonefish Grill for another flawless execution!
