On yesterday, I ordered a cook to order chicken biscuit which I order at least twice a week on my break. Yesterday, I asked that my chicken biscuit be cooked to order because the time of day that I’m ordering they usually appear as if they been sitting in the warmer for a while. My visits are between 12:30 - 1:30 pm and who wants a cold biscuit? Yesterday, after leaving I gave the store a call to complain I had a cold biscuit and the manager Ms. Channel came to the phone to tell me they had given me the wrong biscuit and let me say she was very kind and nice and apologized numerous of times! I explained to her that I had asked the cashier several times if in fact it was my order in the bag because I wanted a fresh biscuit and the cashier kept saying yes. Ms. Bolinda was the cashier according to the receipt. I explained that they usually ask me to pull up and over because it has to cook, her reply was it just came up!! 🤔🧐 On to the problem that stands to be corrected. Today I went inside to make sure things went smoothly and the cashier that helped me yesterday was on front counter as the cashier and she was rude and inconsiderate. I would described her as short and rude to be exact. I’m assuming she was mad about my call on yesterday. Does she realize I should be the one mad you not only wasted my money, but my time and gas!! You haven’t been inconvenience, I have !! My gas is $4.89 cent a gallon. In an effort to make sure everyone is represented I want to emphasize that in an effort to cut the tension Ms. Kaitlyn step in to help because I’m sure she could clearly see that Ms.Bolinda was using the ignore game with my ice and being inconsiderate of my time because she was in her feelings. Ms. Kaitlyn was very kind, professional and helpful. We all make mistakes, I certainly have but you let this petty issue get you all bent out of shape when it wasn’t even your gas and money that was wasted. Just do better in the future. This is a great crew and when I come in next time treat me like I treat you!!

She was nice & friendly, and had a smile almost every time I saw her. She went out of her way to ask how my food & coffee was, and when I dropped my coffee standing up she offered & went to go get me another straw, then told me I was nice?? I didn’t even do anything, she was just that sweet 😭😭😭 I hope everyone here is being paid well, they definitely deserve it. Excellent service, ordering was smooth, and food was very quick. Thank you!!

I have NEVER had an issue with their morning service. It's always extremely fast and correct. Evening/dinner service is a gamble. However their morning is super.
