  I was on the phone with my best friend and she stopped by to get something to eat. And hearing the customer service representative over the intercom made me sick to my stomach. She was very rude and had a really slick mouth with her responses. She acted if she was agitated the whole entire time my best friend was ordering. Only bringing this to someone's attention because as a previous customer service representative you lose business for rude employees.Her behavior was very unacceptable. Coming from a management stand point i wouldve fired her on the spot. I pray that this review reaches someone that actually cares about customers being treated with respect.

  The young man Stanquan who fixed my order was exceptionally professional. I love how they take care of the store at night. Manager should be proud.

  I went through the driveway placed my order. Lady taking the order never heard me kept saying I can't hear you. Got to the window lady said that they already made my sandwich which was supposed to be a plain turkey bacon ranch plain. But had everything on it it was sloppy n didn't have bacon. No one answered when I called back
