  I love coming to the seven Brew on what extension they are always so kind and cheerful and when I pull up they know me they know what I order and surprised all of them don't know my phone number by heart , I could be having a bad day and just pull through there and if I get the right person most time I do they just brighten my day thank you seven brew

  Went around 8/9am on 6/22 when I arrived to get my order taken I was met by a woman whom was not very welcoming. She barely greeted me, rushed my order, then seemed bothered by my questions. It was two lady’s outside taking orders at that time it was the bigger one who took my order I didn’t catch her name. Went again this morning around same time and once again ended up getting my order took by her and unfortunately got the same sub par service and attitude, won’t return to this location.That kind of service is unacceptable and a disgusting representation of the business.

  I had an outstanding customer service experience! Sophia went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions were answered and that everything was handled quickly and professionally. She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. It's rare to find someone who provides this level of service, and she made the entire experience stress-free.   Barbara was so kind while I waited on my drinks to be made! I ordered for my family, and the girl who took my order read my order back to me and even noticed I had a free drink on my account! Then I pulled to the front and had a lovely conversation about my job with Barbara, who showed genuine interest. She made sure our cups were wiped off when she gave them to us, and even asked if we wanted a drink carrier. It's the little things that add up to great service, plus the drinks were delicious! Highly recommend this location as it's always a great experience for me and my family.

  This is the first time I have had a horrible interaction. First, Hayden took my order and it was extremely awkward and cold. She approached my vehicle with already an attitude, she just stared at me for a solid 5-10 seconds until I said “hello my number is” she then goes hi, what do you want? I started to order then she cuts me off mid sentence and goes “do you like my outfit” completely threw me off. I said sure, then finished ordering. I then asked how many points I have until I get a free drink. She said “not even close to enough” . It was just very awkward and I felt uncomfortable. I get to the window and the drink wasn’t correct, the lady was very nice and fixed it. I was handed the drink set it in my cup holder and drove off. A couple minutes down the road I look down and the drink is leaking ALL OVER, see the photos. It got in my seats, between my seats, on my pants, my carpet, and is nearly impossible to clean up without having to detail my vehicle now. It might sound dramatic but just look at the photos. I did not have time to turn around since I had to be at the airport. It was quite disappointing and I did not even get to enjoy the drink.
