  I love 7 brew but I was very unhappy yesterday 9/22/26 I ordered my drink had to send it back 3 times yesterday because it was wrong and asked multiple times to make sure it was sugar free I had like 3 sips and got very sick because I can’t have sugar I keep asking her if it was sugar free and she said yes so I wasted almost $9 with tip on a drink I had to pour out.So I was very upset other than that I really enjoy 7 brew drinks but employees need to more careful especially when asked multiple times!!!!!!

  I liked the customer service I got today at 7Brew in Washington rd in Augusta ga, it was late but still got a good drink, I didn’t catch the name of the girl attending but she gave me a good customer service

  Came in this morning so excited to get a pumpkin blondie as I haven’t tried it yet. I often come in around the time that it’s busy with zero complications or complaints but today was much different. The young lady I ordered with was extremely sweet, brown hair colored eyes - EXTREMELY sweet! The lady at the window was absolutely awful. She seemed like she would rather be anywhere than work. Rolling her eyes, dragging her feet, handed me my drink with no straw and messy cup. When I asked her about the cold foam she said you didn’t order any when I definitely did. I asked for a straw and a napkin and she rolled her eyes again. Handed me the napkin and the straw without saying anything, no have a good day, nothing. I asked the young lady in the drive thru what her name was and, assuming she understood who I meant correctly, she said Anna. I hope something is done about her attitude. That was an AWFUL experience.

  I came and ordered my drink this morning at 6:40 something and didn’t leave until after 7 they had some girl with curly red orange hair taking orders she was all over the place had all the orders mixed up literally and they came to ask me if I paid twice which my charger was twice and the girl retook my order and said she wasn’t going to make me pay of course your not I already paid and here I am sitting here almost 7:10 and still no drink this is ridiculous

  Absolutely great experience at 7 Brew Coffee! The staff is always friendly, upbeat, and welcoming, and the service is incredibly fast even when they’re busy. The drinks are consistently delicious, and you can tell they really care about making sure every customer leaves happy. The positive energy and great customer service make it a place you actually look forward to coming back to. Highly recommend 7 Brew!
