  So I got my food cool. Peeped it wasn’t no ranch in my bag the manager with the bald spots and big shoulders told me ranch was extra… when I know for a fact it’s complimentary with my 6 pc boneless wings lemon pepper. The girl at the counter was so sweet and asked if it wasn’t in the bag and proceeded to give me my ranch that, again, comes with my meal. Food was str8 tho wouldn’t recommend tho

  Great wings and fast service! We especially want to recognize the employee who was working around 1 PM today. We didn't get his name, but we believe he was the only male employee working at the time. He was also there Saturday night when my boyfriend accidentally left his wallet behind. He kept it safe for us and was incredibly kind and helpful when we came back for it. His honesty and outstanding customer service really stood out, and we truly appreciate him going above and beyond. Thank you!

  I went in and ordered an 8 pcs combo and only received 4 wings. I asked for my food to be remade since I had to come back (with the original order). The person on the phone was nice until I asked for the food to be remade, and when she put me on hold she insinuated that I was hostile because I asked to speak to the manager (she didn’t know I could hear them). The manager wanted to over talk me and was rude and hung up in my face as I was speaking. I was told I couldn’t get a refund that day and they would have to contact the GM. Once I arrived I gave them the good back and threw the drink away. The manager told me they would process the refund and I would have it in 3-5 business days. This happened on 6/11 and I still haven’t received my refund.

  I've ordered food from DoorDash, and my order is always wrong or missing items. Once I order fries they gave me veggie sticks, the boneless wings was un-edible, I ordered large 52 oz simply lemonades and they give me regular size drink, 52 oz simply lemonades goes for 6+ plus dollars, yeah like other stated before customer service is non-existent, lucky if someone answered the phone 🤳🏿📱, was gonna order tonight give them 4th time to make it right, idk why dooordash keep giving me this restaurant. Anyway, if you try them out it's a hit or miss about 2 out of 5 times.
