  ⭐ 1-Star Review – Very Disappointed With How This Was Handled I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at the Wingstop on Cascade Rd. On August 8, I placed an order through the Wingstop app and accidentally selected pickup instead of delivery. I do not have a car. As soon as I realized the mistake, I called the restaurant that same night and explained what happened. I specifically asked about getting a refund. The employee I spoke with told me that I would need to call back on Monday and speak with the manager regarding the situation. I followed those instructions and called back today, Monday. When I spoke with the manager, I explained everything and asked if I could simply come pick up the food since I had already paid for it. I was told no, because making the order would cause their inventory to be short. I then asked about the refund that I had originally requested on Saturday, and I was told that they would not refund me either. So now I’m in a situation where I paid for food, never received the food, contacted the restaurant the same night to try to resolve the issue, followed their instructions to call back Monday, and was ultimately told I could not receive the food AND could not get my money back. I understand that accidentally selecting pickup was my mistake. However, I immediately contacted the restaurant and tried to resolve it. I was specifically told to call Monday and speak with the manager, so I did exactly that. I expected some type of reasonable customer-service solution. I am very disappointed with how this was handled. I don’t think it’s fair to keep someone’s money when they never received the product and the customer made a genuine effort to resolve the issue immediately. I hope Wingstop corporate looks into this situation because this was a very poor customer-service experience.

  Service was ok, but my online order had 9 wings instead of 10. I tried to call, but the voicemail is supposedly full. Tried to ignore what I heard about this location, but it seems to be true.

  My girl Januidia and the staff were so helpful. Suggested the corn which was delicious. Incredible customer service and even better food ! Was fast too. Will be back !

  At around 10:40 pm I went to go pick up my messed up Uber Eats order and the staff there were very accommodating! The atmosphere was nice, they remade my order no problem, and the customer service was up to par. Shout out to D and E!
