  Wingstop can sometimes be a miss, but is good more often then it's not. Had a good order today and young lady who was working on this day was very nice with great customer service. I didn't get her name but she was working monday night. 7/6. Thank you. Will be back. keep it up guys!

  Simple order WINGS. Ordered (3) 10 piece wings. Only received one order of the 10 piece wings. Whoever works here and owns this location needs to be trained properly and someone needs to double check orders before they are picked up by the customer or food delivery service. How to resolve conflict with customers when you all mess up orders or forget items for an order. Just giving out refunds does not solve the issue. Customers be wanting there food. Not sure if they can read or not but something is not clicking with the staff and owner at this location. How can you mess up a simple order of WINGS when that is your main seller. Makes no sense.

  I really wanted to try to give this place a fair chance in the "wing arena". But, the staff at this location can't seem to get simple orders correct, and that kinda ruined my first experience. I ordered a 10-piece mild, with blue cheese, and some veggie sticks and extra blue cheese, no fries.($16). The cashier acted like it was rocket science and that she couldn't operate the register properly nor could she give me my receipt that showed exactly what I ordered. She had to get the manager to show her how to fix whatever mistake she made, and that guy seemed to have a crummy attitude also. Then, I got home to find that my sauces were disgusting. It tasted like someone had mixed ranch and blue cheese together, which is a no no. It was runny as water and gross. I was so disappointed because I hate ranch, and so, I had to eat my wings and celery dry, which pretty much diminished everything. And, as difficult as it was to get into their parking lot from the street, I most likely will not be giving them another chance. So, sorry Wing Stop. Hopefully someone else will have a better experience.
