  I came in to pick up my order that I placed online , there was a small line in the lobby and a bigger lady came out and started saying something but I could not hear or read her lips because the music was awfully loud she then proceeded to ask me what I'm here for and I told her I came for a pickup order and told her my name . The way she was talking to me and motioning her arms was very bad customer service . The food was good but the customer service was not it.

  They did a great job. Greeted me at the door. Didn’t wait long. Food was good. Very professional.

  staff told me that original hot was a dry rub ! which clearly on the sign it says sauce and i order that flavor from wing stop for years however staff wasn’t rude but feel they can be educated on the difference between a sauce and a rub it’s literally on there SIGN ALSO grease in the bottom of my container as if the tenders were quickly dropped to reheat and then topped off , but staff overall great personality’s
