As a Whataburger shift lead at another restaurant I was very well pleased with my food . EVERYTHING was fresh and I felt the care taken on my food. The young lady at the register was tired (I can tell) but she smiled and took my order with joy and care ensuring that I had ordered everything I wanted. Thank you Whataburger Cumberland for the amazing service and food .

This is my first and last time at a Whataburger. I went through the drive-through and sat at the board for about three minutes. No one asked me what I wanted to order, but someone did say “Yo?” from the speaker. And then when I tried to order, I was met with silence again. I just opened my phone and ordered food from a different restaurant while waiting in line to leave. I’ve still never had Whataburger food and after this experience, don’t think I will. I don’t know who they have working here, but it’s clearly not working.

food is great and stuff is really really sweet, but the kiosk/ordering system makes it real hard for them to deliver accurate and quality food and service for the sake of your workers. This needs to be updated because you guys are setting them up to get yelled at and they’re very nice

The food was great, once you got it, IF you got it. There is a very clear issue where the staff here is not reading the order tickets before sending the food out. Almost every single of the 8 or so people who ordered from the lobby once they got their food had to come back because something was missing, myself included. My onion rings I paid for did not come with my order, so I went and asked for them, they still never came and so I just ate what I had and got a refund for the onion rings. Though I did pay extra for sauce and never got that or the refund for it. I was just happy to get out of here honestly. It’s such a shame too bc the food was good, but you don’t know if you’re gonna get it when you order.

We got to the restaurant at 1:25am and sat in line for like 15 mins no problem… when we got to the window cashier took our payment and they gave us our drinks she closed the window. After sitting there for like 8-10 mins she asked up can we pull up to the curb side spot number 2… by the time I looked up 15 mins had gone by and someone else was sitting there next to me in a curbside as well. At this point I’m just sitting in my car wasting gas so I cut my car off. The guy next to me followed suit and then I saw him get out and go inside shaking his head… he came back with his food… at this point I been sitting for 20 mins my boyfriend gets out the car to go in and get our food and they finally have it ready…. Just wanted to let yall know they gave us LUKEWARM stale fries and the wrong sandwiches after having us wait that long and I paid $25 for it as well… left with a melted milkshake and COLD food. my boyfriend said don’t even ask for any of it to be fixed cuz they’ll probably have a attitude…waste of time and money and won’t ever be back because of it smh.
