Wish I could give 5 stars, but I leave honest reviews. Wanted a quick bit while running errands so I stopped by. This is basically Salaata but a different name, however Salaata is better.
Salad was decent, but protein portion was comical. $4.09 to add chicken and barely got a scoop. Out of the scoop I bit into several pieces where the texture was…off and I had to spit it out and dry pieces. Flavor wasn’t there either. Veggies were fresh though.
Salaata does their protein better and never had texture issues. Customer service was good. They were friendly, in and out process. I was bummed that they were out of bell peppers. They were ok but have potential to be good. I may return.
Drove all the way out here for them to close 20 minutes early

Thank you for the response! I have to inform you that your "team" saw us pull in and park. As we we were getting out of the car, the employees ran into the back, leaving what I'm presuming a customer (or visitor) sitting by the drink machines. Once we pulled on the door, someone popped out to turn off the lights.
So not only did they close early, they saw customers approaching and rushed to make it seem they've been closed for awhile. Extremely disappointing.
Yesterday myself and my husband dinned in for lunch and had the absolute best customer service experience from Kaye. The food was very fresh and clean it brought us back today for a second experience we both loved and enjoyed the large salad bowl NO protein. Thanks Kaye and keep up the good work.
While they improved on having veggies stocked the service can be improved. Whenever I come and see this young lady at the counter I know not to expect much. Today there were explicit lyrics blasting from the speakers had me confused if I was getting a salad or drinks from a late night bar. She’s always rude and acts like she doesn’t want to be there. The protein never looks appealing or temp controlled.

I tried Urban Sprout Salad Bar for the first time, and I was pleasantly surprised. The portions are generous, everything tasted fresh, and the salad had great flavor. The service was also quick and efficient, which is always a plus when you’re looking for something healthy without spending a lot of time waiting.
They didn’t offer a military discount, and I did see a promotion on Facebook that required a sign-up/code, which I didn’t have. No big deal—still enjoyed the meal.
Overall, good food, fresh ingredients, generous portions, and fast service. I’d definitely go back again! 👍🏾🥗
