  I’m really unhappy with the service I received here today my smoothie was not made properly and they remade it. However, the sarcasm and lack of professionalism was unacceptable!! What made matters worst is I sucked up a big piece of plastic which I believe was put in my cup on purpose!!!! I will not be returning to this disgusting establishment!!!!!

  I paid for a drink and she wouldn’t let my friends use the bathroom unless they bought something. Hell is hot ma’am

  Haley was so helpful. I didn't know exactly what i wanted but knew I wanted a heavy amount of protein. She narrowed down my likes and made a great suggestion for my smoothie. I dont live in the area but this was my second time visiting here. Both times service was great.

  Excellent visit to Tropical Smoothie Café. The owner and Hailey greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in, which set the tone for a great experience. I tried the Tropical Dragon Passion smoothie refreshing, flavorful, and surprisingly filling. The Southwest Chicken Wrap was also very good. My wife enjoyed her Island Green smoothie and would order it again. Highly recommend this location for quality service and fresh, tasty options.
