It was so hectic but the manager set the pace and continually communicated and kept her staff engaged and on track. I even got to see her protect one of her staff from a particularly aggressive customer. All while being completely professional. She had her team on point. I very much appreciate that tropical smoothie nailed it when they hired this manager. I wish I caught her name. I was so impressed!
