⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely loved my experience here! I really appreciate the open-concept setup where you can actually watch your food being prepared. During a busy rush, I watched Anquisha handle multiple orders while still paying close attention to every detail. She was smiling, personable, professional, and kept the entire assembly line flowing seamlessly. When I asked if they had regular peanut butter instead of Nutella, she responded, “Yes ma’am,” and immediately prepared my bowl exactly how I requested it. That level of attentiveness and customer service definitely stood out to me. I also want to recognize her coworker, Tamia. She consistently kept the preparation area clean, stayed on top of restocking, and worked so well alongside Anquisha without either of them getting in the other’s way. You could tell they have great teamwork, and it made the entire experience pleasant and efficient. The food was delicious, the ingredients tasted fresh, and the presentation was beautiful. Airport food can often feel overpriced, but in this case, I genuinely felt like it was worth it. Excellent customer service, great teamwork, fresh food, and a pleasant atmosphere. Anquisha and Tamia are definitely an asset to the team! 👏🏽

Gabrielle provided excellent, professional service during my visit to Tropical Smoothie Cafe. She assisted customers promptly and kept everything moving without unnecessary delays. The team was preparing orders so quickly and efficiently that I even noticed customers who were already in a time crunch still felt comfortable placing an order after seeing how fast everyone was being served. Gabrielle’s professionalism, attentiveness, and efficiency made for a great experience.

I had a really great experience at Tropical Smoothie! The food and smoothie were both great, but what really stood out was the customer service. Gabriella T was amazing she was friendly, welcoming, and made sure I was taken care of from the moment I walked up. It’s always nice when someone takes pride in providing good service and makes you feel appreciated as a customer. Great job, Gabriella! I’ll definitely be coming back. 👍🏾

The Smoothies, food, bowls, and everything else are Great. I just had my first Pomegranate Smoothie. The Manager made it for me and I swear she must have stuck her finger in it to make it taste Magically Delicious. My eyes rolled to the back of my head, and then I had to go outside to 'Dance a Jig'. I'm Security so I've got access to do that. The trash collection employee asked what I had ordered, and then said he was going to try it. Before I knew it, the Manager was pointing at him as he was holding it up, and smiling real big, too. Mmm hmm! The Tropical Café team on "T" Concourse work Amazingly hard. Watching them work daily, I get the sense that this team requires MORE! More money, more recognition, more credit for their work, and more acclaim and praise for their efforts. That's because of how much they give and do in a single day. But after my Pomegranate Smootie today, my day is Blessed.

It’s by concourse T17-21. The guy working was AWESOME! He was running around, working hard, and genuinely seemed to care about taking care of everyone. I really appreciated his effort and attitude, especially with how busy things can get in an airport. Unfortunately, my experience with the girl working at the register was the complete opposite. She was extremely rude, and I did not appreciate her attitude at all. On top of that, my order wasn’t correct. I understand that mistakes happen, especially in a busy airport location, but being treated rudely while also receiving the wrong order made the experience frustrating. The gentleman working deserves recognition because he was doing an excellent job, but the customer service at the register definitely needs improvement.
