    Service is terrible, smoothies are okay. They are very unfriendly and rude almost like no one wants to be there or just don’t like customers. especially the young lady with short blonde hair who has an accent. every time she is there and she is the one making my smoothie, if i ask her a question she will make like a mumbling noise under her breath as if she’s irritated by me

    Unfortunately, I had a really unpleasant experience at this Tropical Smoothie location. The lady taking our order had a very noticeable attitude and kept trying to rush us while we were simply asking questions about the menu. She raised her voice, rolled her eyes, and repeatedly sighed, which made the interaction very uncomfortable. Overall, the customer service could have been handled much better. I hope management addresses this because customers should feel welcomed and respected when ordering.

    I love TSC, I frequent my local stores. This experience was great, as I normally get a wrap and it’s overly cooked but this time it was hot fresh and soft!

    Rated only because I needed to rate to write this review so my experience is really a 0. I am a Latina and a military veteran, and I have never experienced customer service like I did from Anna G. Please review cameras. On July 21 at approximately 4:36 PM, I thanked Anna G twice during our interaction, and she never acknowledged me. I simply said, “Okay, no worries,” and that is when she became disrespectful. Her attitude was completely unprofessional, and she even made an obscene gesture by flicking me off. If management reviews the security camera footage from that time, they should be able to verify what happened. What made this experience even more concerning was that several other customers witnessed the entire interaction. It was embarrassing and completely unnecessary. No customer should be spoken to or treated with that level of disrespect and there were other clients who observed this obscene crash out. Professionalism and basic courtesy should be expected from every employee. Because of Anna G.’s behavior alone, I cannot recommend this location. Customer service should be respectful and professional, regardless of the situation. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses it appropriately. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could provide me with the appropriate corporate email address or contact information for further follow-up regarding this complaint.
