    I come here all the time. We stay down the street. Normally the customer service is pretty good. But today I felt like it was lacking. I wad the only customer present when I walked in. The girl with dreads was behind the counter cleaning up. She did not acknowledge me in any kind of way. After standing there for about 5 mins.. I said I would like to place an order. I thought she assumed I was picking up. She then said I am getting things together. In walks another worker. He starts doing other things… still didn’t take my order. Them another customer walks in.. they didn’t acknowledge her either. After another 2 or 3 minutes she then takes my order. They then walked around and did nothing for the best 10-15 minutes. The bowls are practically premade… why did it take so long? A smile and acknowledge goes a long way. She was not rude at all. She just was not friendly and did act expediently.

    Ordered online, got to the location and they told me that they don’t have açaí bowls, they can’t refund me, and I have to contact support to try to get a refund. This is completely unacceptable and highly annoying. This has happened MULTIPLE times at this location. This store is one of the worst. How are you out of an item it’s showing me available to order online? ANY other location will show the item as unavailable or they can refund me in store if there’s an inconvenience. This store needs to be shut down. The workers aren’t responsible for the sheer incompetence at the store, it’s management or whomever does the orders and never seems to order adequately and whoever is responsible for the trash POS system. It needs to be synced with online like seemingly every other store. Gas is TOO high to be wasting driving to a store for nothing.

    I arrived at this establishment at 8:53 PM because the posted hours stated they close at 9:00 PM. Upon entering, a short light-skinned girl with glasses greeted me while on her phone and stated, “We’re about to close.” I responded by saying that they were not closed yet and that I still had 7 minutes to place an order. She then informed me that they had already put everything away for the night. I politely asked if turning away a customer before the actual closing time was proper protocol. She acknowledged that it was not, but repeated that everything had already been put away. To clarify, I asked again if what she was doing was considered proper protocol because I wanted to ensure we were on the same page. She again stated no. I thanked her for acknowledging that and told her I would keep that in mind moving forward. After that, she asked whether I would be paying with cash or card. At that point, I declined service because it felt as though she only decided to take my order after I questioned whether her actions were appropriate.I arrived at this establishment at 8:53 PM because the posted hours stated they close at 9:00 PM.
