The positives: friendly server, clean restaurant, good music.
Otherwise this was a disappointing experience, especially for the price.
We ordered two glasses of wine. One was the very end of a bottle and only filled about 50% of the glass. Our server told us we wouldn’t be charged for it because it wasn’t a full pour. Fair enough. I have absolutely no problem paying for what I drink, but despite being told it was being comped, it showed up on the bill anyway at full price. That was disappointing.
I was genuinely excited about the cacio e pepe, which is one of my favorite pasta dishes. What arrived was essentially a $24 plate of bland, buttery noodles. Very little flavor, nothing distinctive about it, and certainly not what I expected from cacio e pepe at that price.
And I hate to make this comparison, but Trader Joe’s frozen cacio e pepe is light-years beyond what I was served here. That’s a pretty rough comparison for a $24 pasta dish at an Italian restaurant.
Two entrées, two glasses of wine, and tip came to about $96. I don’t mind spending that for a good meal, but this simply wasn’t one.
Dare I say it: we would have had a much better experience at Olive Garden.

This was about 3 weeks ago .My Family, a few friends, and I went to this restaurant, hoping for great food and great experience. We were a slightly large larger party -9. We had a reservation, arrived at 7:15 PM . Maybe 5/9 of us order appetizers- mostly salads and 1 fried artichoke dish- that came out within 30 min. We immediately ordered our entrées once appetizers were received. Our entrées did not come out until around 9:20–9:30, We were extremely hungry and frustrated with how long that took.
There were small smaller parties of 2 to 4 people that were coming in, getting served , eating and leaving before we even got our food! We were extremely frustrated seeing that, and we addressed our concern with the floor manager that evening, an older blonde woman, and she advised because of our party size and that we ordered entrées the process took longer, and that is why we were not prioritized. I get that I’m not in service but waiting that long of a timeframe is WILD to me, if the shoe was on the other foot, how would they feel?
I can understand the process, but the logistics needs to be sorted out better in these scenarios- especially when we arrive before the other parties,, so that excuse was unacceptable!
We spent around $65-$120 per ticket to patron this restaurant and that’s what we were told, NO apologies for the inconvenience, NO accommodation of any kind, it was very disappointing and unacceptable of how to handle Patrons in bigger parties. So be vigilant and set your expectation about how long the food may take going forward.
