The level of service just doesn’t match the price tag for smaller parties. They were so unaccommodating saying they couldn’t move our booth even though they put as at the end and 50%+ of booths were free the whole 90mins we were there. Customer service is becoming more and more important for businesses to be successful.
They need to do something about pricing for smaller parties especially when you could play a round of golf for the same price over 3-4hours.
Our server was nice and the games are good.

My recent event at Topgolf Alpharetta was, overall, a mixed experience.
First, I want to recognize our host, Chase, who was excellent throughout the event. If not for him, this review would honestly be much lower (one star) He was attentive, professional, and made the event run smoothly.
Unfortunately, the front desk experience left a lot to be desired. My party arrived early, and after giving my name at the desk, we stood in the lobby for about 25 minutes waiting for any acknowledgment that they had even located my event or reservation. The two young men working the desk could definitely benefit from additional customer service training, especially when it comes to greeting guests and communicating updates.
A few lessons learned from this experience: don’t arrive early, and avoid scheduling an event on a Saturday afternoon if possible because it felt very disorganized and chaotic.
I also would not recommend the pre-ordered food packages. In hindsight, taking the $150 food credit and ordering separately would have been the better option. The food was pretty underwhelming overall. I've experienced great tasting food previously ( the event I hosted in November; guest raved about the food. The event I hosted in January the food was tasty, hot, and delicious but this was a far deviation from my other experiences. Highly, highly disappointed. The difference was I used the $150 credit and ordered al carte.
While Chase helped salvage the experience, I was especially disappointed given that I’ve hosted several personal and corporate events at this location in the past. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will no longer consider Topgolf Alpharetta for either personal or business events.

We waited an hour for drinks. They didn’t even bring water until an hour later. My drink was watered down. I can tell it was sitting at the bar long before they brought it to our bay. Then after our party left, my husband and I sat at the bar and as I writing this they haven’t even acknowledged us. It is not that busy. We have been sitting here for 10 mins. A girl just sat next to us and she bartender asked her what she wanted to drink. We just left and will never come back again.

Came here for Mother’s Day and man was I disappointed. We ordered food came out 45 minutes later wasn’t hot and the steak tacos here so burnt it scraped the roof of our mouths. We asked for a burger with a gluten free bun the waitress didn’t hear us, ok no big deal. She sent it back about 25 minutes later we asked about the burger she said that they had to send it to the back of the line to make…….. then wanted to argue if we said we wanted gluten free bread or not. We have been gluten free for years so yes we did say it. Our time was up she came out and said that manager said we can sit there and wait for the remake or get it to go and pick it up at the bar.
We decided to get it to go and wait at the bar when it came out it wasn’t to go. We told the manager we wanted it to go. He took another 5 minutes to come out. He came out laughing trying to make a joke of waiting 2 hours for a burger and said there was 10 remakes and that is why it took so long! Looked at the burger 100% WRONG. Burger was burnt no lettuce tomato and no grilled onions liked we asked. They took the burger off the check and gave us a 50$ off coupon BUT for someone not to eat a free burger must tell you how bad the service and food was. Do better top golf.

Very disappointed in our experience. I have visited Top Golf in other locations various times and have always had an exceptional experience. When we first arrived, before inputting our player names I informed the waitress we needed left-handed clubs. After asking the second time I was told that is was very busy and that they would bring them once they were available. My family began playing, and soon enough everyone had played multiple times and still I had no left handed clubs to play. (With our time running). Although I was upset I didn’t say anything else and did my best to play with right handed clubs to not disappoint everyone in my group. It gets better. Our waitress comes to our table and tells us that if the table next to us gets people sat there, we would need to return the chairs we took from it. WE NEVER TOOK CHAIRS FROM ANOTHER TABLE. In fact when we arrived I had asked for an additional chair and was told we would only get 6 and that is was a very busy night. Which I completely understood since it’s supposed to be 6 players per bay. (We had 6 chairs upon her accusation). I finally got the clubs. It still gets better. The food comes out and I ask for some napkins. I am told that they only give cloth napkins, there’s no regular napkins. Much later I ask for some small plates and spoons to cut my husbands birthday cake and am told “ we don’t have spoons, but I can get you plates. Don’t you guys still have the silverware you were given?” I suppose we should use the same silverware we used to eat our regular food that was dirty. Which most was taken with our dirty plates when they picked up the table. The fact that there were no spoons did not upset me. It’s her nasty attitude that ruins an experience. The waitress must not have liked me or was having a bad day. Not once did I give her an attitude or get sassy with her. Really disappointing. We drove an hour to visit this location. First and last time we visit here.
