  Of particular note, excellent service —it means something to me. Cocktail (gin, cucumber, mint) was delicious. Brussel sprouts well prepared. Burger was a 10. I wouldn’t order watermelon salad again - was missing lime, heat, something - but I still ate it all. Loved the ambience and ability to hear ourselves talk. Definitely will return next time I’m in town!

  The food was great! I got the steak frite and it was absolutely AMAZING!! The hostess Clara was a super sweet girl who did a good job getting us seated with another excellent employee named Jackson who was entertaining and and provided amazing service for our table! Thank you so much for this amazing experience, I will be back soon.

  We are staying at Hotel Clermont for our 10-year anniversary. We made reservations at Tiny Lou’s that were confirmed yesterday. This evening we learned that the restaurant is closed this evening. We had to make last-minute reservations at another restaurant, and we were not happy about the circumstances. However, the staff made up for this with their sincere apologies, some free drinks. and by sending a bottle of champagne to our room. As business owners ourselves, we appreciate the effort to make customers happy.

  The venue is nice but the service was just terrible here. We waited over an hour for our very expensive food. I got the "rack" of lamb which arrived lukewarm and burnt. Mandatory 20% service fee and incorrect checks at the end. Yikes.

  Where do I start. This was our 2nd time visiting the restaurant for date night. I was excited for my wife because she love's classic authentic French Beef Tartar. We ordered our appetizers, as I looked at the anticipation in her face I knew she couldn't wait. The Beef Tartar was beef far far. It was very far away from what she had last time. I knew this immediately because it looked like "green meatballs." I tasted it as well, it had a different flavor profile. The lamb chops I had was cooked perfectly and tasted great. I'm not a Chef or a Restaurant owner, but as customer who loves and appreciates food, this is my feedback. When someone orders a classic dish, just please let it the same. If people don't like the rawness of Beef Tartar, that means they don't like Beef Tartar. Just leave it for the customers who love it. Regards, The Everyday Critic
