  Excellent experience at The Ponce Room Bar & Kitchen. Great atmosphere with a perfect mix of upscale and relaxed vibes. The food was delicious, the drinks were well made, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. It’s a great place to grab dinner, meet friends, or just unwind after a long day. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and everything about the experience felt top notch. Definitely a spot I’d come back to again.

  The food me and my friend order was underwhelming. Also, they should advertise that they do not offer happy hour on nights when there’s a show at Fox Theater. Very misleading.

  Perfect location. Food was great! The Element provided us with a $50 coupon so that covered two brunch entrees. We had Catfish N’ Grits & Chicken N’ Waffles ($50). Waffles were some of the best we’ve had! The beignets were good but not super hot. The bottomless mimosas were cool! Waitress was really nice and handled all the tables effortlessly.

  Our waitress Chelcy wasn't very pleasant from the jump start. When she first came to the table she told us it was a limited menu and they don't accept cash, and they can't split bills. So after all that she asked if we were ok with it and we said yes and then she walked away didn't even ask what we would like to drink. Then when she cane back she asked what we would like and started to walk away and my husband had to let her know he would like a diet coke. I got the chicken tacos and they were ok and my husband got the steak fries and the fries were like string fries not even steak kind of fries and he said they were ok also. When my husband ran out of drink we asked for a refill and a cup of ice and when the bill came she charged us for 2 drinks but he was the only one that order a drink. So when I asked her about it she said I thought it was for u and took the bill back and took it off then handed the check back to me and said tada... I was like really so I will not recommend this place to anyone.
