  Ate here earlier this week. We ordered the shrimp cocktail to start with. It tasted like iodine and was unedible. The server didn't even ask when she took it away. I had the salmon it was over done and my date had the delmonico steak it was over cooked and salty

  I have been here for anniversaries and special occasions, but on Mother's Day, I was very disappointed. There was a big party there on Mother's Day that got more attention than we did. Our food was extremely delayed. Our to-go food was put on container lids and aluminum foil. My baked potato was dry from overcooking. Also, the "Special" appetizer is not a special on the price. Actually, it was way more than the regular appetizer. We felt hustled. My husband spent $400 plus for his mom and me, and it was not worth the money. Sooo disappointed.

  Breanna was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we sat down she made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Her hospitality, attention to detail, and positive attitude completely elevated the experience. She was attentive without being overbearing, incredibly friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. It’s rare to come across someone who truly enjoys taking care of people the way she does, and it showed in every interaction. The food was great, but Breanna’s service is what will bring us back. Thank you for making the experience memorable!

  We celebrated our 21st Wedding Anniversary today at the Palm Atlanta - the same place where we had our first date and marriage proposal. Brittney made this milestone feel every bit as magical as those moments. Her energy, attention to detail, and genuine warmth took the entire experience to another level. She anticipated our needs, made thoughtful recommendations, and treated our celebration like it truly mattered. The table decorations, the personalized Anniversary card - Brittney turned a meaningful afternoon into an extraordinary one. We'll definitely be back - and we'll be asking for Brittney!

  The Palm Atl is not only the best dining experience in Atl but one of the best in the country. I've been dining at The Palm across the United States for over 40 years and the staff at the Atl. location is truly exceptional. Led by their incredibly capable and gracious Amy D., they literally can't do enough to accommodate their customers! You literally are made to feel like family members. The bussers, bar staff, and hosts are a delight. However, I'd put their wait staff up against any other! One after the other they are warm, kind, efficient, and concerned about every detail. This have an experienced wait staff, wonderful and consistently amazing food, and great atmosphere always makes for an exceptional dining experience. PRO TIP - Ask for Brittney if she's available. She's as capable and kind as any server you'll meet!
