Foods good but omg if they mess something up it will literally take you half an hour to get it fixed. My order was ready at 7:51, it was brought to the car the consume lid completely burnt through, and missing my tomato basil soup I paid extra for. Sent my husband in to get the missing items at 8:05 he literally didn’t make it back to the car till 8:35 thirty minutes for a consume and a tomato basil soup YOU forgot to add is actually crazy. He sat there had three different people talk to him and still didn’t get two small items we paid for till I called the store utterly ridiculous. On top of having to go back the first lid that burned through went back in same thing happened with the second didn’t even bother going in again. Get better packaging and faster and better customer service.

Dingy and unkept food service and dining area. Bad service. Meals just sit waiting, and customers aren't called. I got three pricey, terrible tacos, which had been sitting for so long, when I picked one up, the bottom was so soggy that it split and the contents fell out. The tacos themselves were basically an onion shredded and cooked and three pebbles of beef per taco. After a tip they ask for at the automated machine, it came in at over $20 for one of the worst meals I have had. Taco Bell has this place whipped on service and food quality.

First and last time going here. The chicken tacos were greasy. The birria tacos were bland. As well as the birria burrito, FLAVORLESS! The consumee sauce that came with it wasn’t even seasoned. We were served chips with no salsa. Lol, ain’t no way. The hours state that they close at 4am so I guess it could pass for drunk food. $80 down the drain; should’ve went to the grocery store. Or Willy’s in Doraville; 100% better. Being from the Midwest it’s hard to find good food out here. Everyone will tell so somewhere has good food. You get there and you’re disappointed every time. Don’t have to worry about me again. HEAVILY SEASON YOUR MEAT AND DRAIN THE GREASE!!!! Greasy tacos is crazy. 1/2 a star, honestly.

Not the best experience but the food is good when you actually watch over them as they tend to leave out important things all the time like utensils & sauces but this situation is different. They made me pay for another order after ordering online for pick up and I did not receive my order when I got there and they told me I picked it up. Kept saying I did knowing that they’ve never seen me walk in there to get it. they told me I needed to replace my order after spending $55 the first time in there. They gave no care that I’ve been a long time customer there and my order was missing.

I don’t leave reviews often, but this one absolutely deserves it. A couple of nights ago, around 2:00 in the morning, I randomly wandered into Talking Tacos after a really rough night. I had actually been across the street at Waffle House, but something told me to come over here because I was craving tacos and hoping they had some vegan options. The night hadn’t been going well. The person I was with had been rude and disrespectful, and honestly, it had completely changed my mood. Then I walked through the doors of Talking Tacos and met Pilaar. From the moment she greeted me, everything shifted. She welcomed me with the warmest, most genuine energy. She didn’t just point me toward the menu—she actually came from behind the counter, walked over to the kiosk, and helped me scroll through every vegan option until we found exactly what I could eat. She was patient, kind, upbeat, and treated me like I mattered. It’s rare to meet someone who can completely change the atmosphere of your day just by being themselves, but that’s exactly what she did. Because of that experience, I came back today. There are several restaurants in the same plaza that I could have chosen, but I chose Talking Tacos because of the way Pilaar made me feel the first time I came in. Ironically, today wasn’t the best day for me either. Nobody here knew that—I kept it to myself. But as soon as I walked through the door, before I could even say anything, I heard, “Hey friend! How you been? You good?” Instantly, I smiled. Just hearing that familiar, positive energy pulled me out of my own head. Later, while she was outside working and cleaning, she still took a moment to stop, check on me and have a quick conversation. That might seem like a small gesture, but moments like that mean more than people realize. The food here is amazing, especially if you’re looking for vegan options, but what keeps bringing me back is the customer service. Pilaar is the definition of genuine hospitality. She reminds us that serving people isn’t just about taking orders—it’s about making people feel welcome, valued, and seen. We need more people like Pilaar, not just in the restaurant industry, but in every industry. People with kindness, authenticity, and the ability to brighten someone’s day without even realizing it. Thank you, Pilaar, for being exactly who you are. You made a bigger impact than you probably know. — (HB) Tye Bankz
