  This place has really gone downhill I feel I think maybe all my previous manager or owners left cause when i used to come here the service was so quick and food quality was also way better the last few times I went it’s like they take forever to make ur order even if it’s like only 4 customers in the whole store where before it would be like 15 customers and order were so quick and convenient last time I came I literally waited like 30 mins for simple order and I was osecond time also and they overcooked my chalupas my order and it was messy and the very last time I went there was go worked employee seen anywhere when I went inside and nobody I waited few minutes and left last time I’m ever going to this location

  Went at 3am on a Tuesday night / Wednesday morning and the Chalupa taco was definitely fresh. The employees were chill; I didn't experience what the other people did from the 1 star reviews.

  I put in a large order from the store at 12 am and they were making it for apparently an hour and a half with no progress updates, leaving my delivery person out for over an hour. When i tried to call the store, I was hung up on and then the phone lines were disconnected leaving me unable to call them after. I cancelled my order without receiving any food leaving me and my friends extremely hungry when nothing else was open by 1:30 am. The night crew was extremely unprofessional.

  It’s a 24-Hour store that refuses to make a late night order. The employees went as far as to disconnect their phone. None of my friends can get through to ask about our order. Don’t order from this store. They suck, have terrible attitudes, and will not cooperate

  I've been going to this location for a long time because of its proximity to GT campus, and even with the higher prices and lack of availability of some of the promotions (especially the cheaper Luxe boxes) I've still never really had an issue with the food. However, today I paid almost $7.50 for a Mexican pizza that not only tasted stale but caused me stomach issues. I can look past food being a little overpriced if it's consistent and of the quality you'd expect from a Taco Bell, but I have no tolerance for anything that makes you ill and frankly I will never be visiting this location again knowing they were willing to serve me food that was off enough to be noticeable and that quite literally made me sick.
