This taco bell should be called taco SLOW!!! I'm here at ONLY 10 PM there are like 10 orders in the drive thru area that have not moved places for 30 minutes. They closed their indoor area and now only have a doordash window. This is a horrible idea and if they opened up their mobile order (&indoor) area to the public again things would move much faster. It doesn't even seem understaffed, the guys in there are just moving slow. I guess they have probably been there since 6pm and are ready to leave, but something needs to be figured out so this taco bell isn't a disaster. They have the means to hire and staff more people for the night shift and specifically the night shift, this is the only taco bell actually in the downtown Atlanta area. Their business tactic now seems to be to repel customers to keep up with their poorly managed orders. My 2nd complaint is that I want my supreme toppings and strawberries in the supreme tacos and strawberry drinks I ordered :(!!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID. The incompetence of the location should be studied. You will get your food quicker literally anywhere else in the world, and if you have the patience to receive your order it will be wrong.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell of all time, but it wasn’t always this way. This location used to have prompt service and quality food. It must have come under new management within the past 3-5 months, as now it is just trash. The drive through takes forever, takeout pickups take forever, and the food quality is declining. The staff is also rude. Find another Taco Bell in Atlanta; this one is absolute garbage.

Yesterday, I visited the Taco Bell location at the corner of Ponce and Charles Allen to pick up a mobile order. While waiting, I witnessed a disruptive and discriminatory encounter between a drive-thru employee and a delivery driver who appeared to speak limited English.
The employee—who was large, loud and confrontational — repeatedly harassed the driver with xenophobic remarks. Her comments directly targeted his national origin and language skills, including:
“Speak English, baby!"
“Don’t be in this country if you can’t speak English, baby."
“If you can’t speak our language, go back to your own country, baby."
When two other customers and I attempted to assist the delivery driver, the employee redirected her aggression toward us. When I intervened, she said, “No no no, he needs to learn English, baby.”
Despite her demands for others to speak English, she was so distracted with the drive thru headset that she had to remove it to realize we were speaking clearly to her. Using the word "baby" does not mask any disrespect; it amplifies it. I politely asked for her to stop calling me, baby however she commit yes is a sarcastic tone.
Whatever happened to the Golden Rule? It seems society has traded basic manners for a toxic sense of entitlement. Why do we continue to tolerate this garbage behavior?
I understand everyone has a bad day or two, but this behavior wasn't a lapse in judgment; it was a blatant display of disrespect that violates every standard of human decency and conduct. It seems society has reached a point where common courtesy is dead, and the fact that this is allowed to happen in a business, from an employee who is being paid to provide a certain level of customer service is absolutely infuriating. And let me be clear, I’m not expecting Ritz Carlton or even ChickFilA type of service from Taco Bell, just respectful service.

Waited in the Taco Bell drive-thru for nearly 30 minutes without even being acknowledged, which was honestly frustrating from the start. When we were finally able to place an order, the service still felt disorganized and inattentive. There was a lack of communication throughout the process, and overall it didn’t seem like the staff was prioritizing customers in line. Definitely not the level of service you expect from a quick drive-thru experience. Hope they improve their efficiency and customer service.
