  We enjoyed the cure which had a good amount of brisket, egg and bacon. The jalapeño spread on this was amazing. We also enjoyed the salted egg bagel with pistachio honey spread. Not too sweet. So good! Will definitely be back.

  This cute little bagel shop is my new everyday go to it’s so nice inside and the bagels ARE AMAZING best I’ve ever had !!!

  I realize we are lacking for great bagels in this part of the country, but these are not the answer. They were out of multiple things I tried to order in the middle of the week first thing in the morning. I settled for an egg salt bagel with lox. One would expect a wood fired bagel to be flavorful, but it was flat. The lox was sliced way too thick to be enjoyable without cutting into smaller pieces. After being extremely underwhelmed by my sandwich I wanted to give them a fair shake and ordered a plain cinnamon raisin. I thought maybe all the toppings distracted from the bagel, but no. It was underwhelming and undercooked. Maybe the other locations are better?
