    Today I went to get a ice cream after my auntie funeral, pulled up to the drive through and sat there for about 2 minutes saying “Hello” over and over no answer drove to the drive threw the young lady proceeded to say you gonna have to drive back around we dont take orders at the window. I then replied sorry maam i was at the front saying hello for over two minutes no one said anything she then say I have my head phones in I didnt hear nothing then says so you have to drive around and walked off!! Needless to say its sad that our own people are rude and mean for no reason I will never return customer service here sucks.

    I ordered in the app way before I got to the Sonic location which is definitely why you use the app to order ahead. I'm still here almost 1 hr waiting for my order and the drive thru line is not long. After 30 minutes I stopped counting. If Sonic can't service app orders due to staffing issues then the location app needs to be disabled because this is beyond ridiculous and is not the first time. A lady who was here when I pulled up actually pulled to a stall to call in and then not to long she pulled back in the stall 14 she was already in and she's still in her stall waiting. We shouldn't have to get out of our cars to ring a doorbell for our order. I like Sonic and but stay away due to this reason. Nobody is in the drive thru. Do the employees not know how to read/service app and drive thru orders interchangeably? A lady clearly sees there are 3 of us sitting out here. I got out and rung the bell and she got my name and came later to the door with my 1 burger and didn't bring it to the stall she turned around and went back in and I had to get out. I haven't left yet because I already missed my meeting due to having to wait almost an hour from ordering. Time management is a big issue here in order completion. I just got my food at 1:38 pm and looking at my receipt my order was placed at 12:27pm. To top it off my burger was not hot or the cheese and no ketchup packets in the order even though as ordered..

    Don’t accept Uber eats or DoorDash orders from here. They’ve removed all the stalls except 5 of them, which is where you’re supposed to go, and you’ll arrive and they’ll all be full. Tonight around 11 pm, They walked out and told everyone that they are not doing the stalls and to go through the drive through. Always a long wait to get your order, too. Always a PITA to visit unless there is absolutely no one else there.

    Waited over 35 minutes for 2 slushies. They didn’t even make it right so I had to wait some more. Zero apology or remorse either. I placed a mobile order, confirmed I was there at one of the stalls, and they left me sitting there. I went to the door and rang the doorbell/knocked, and nobody came. What’s the point in placing your order ahead of time if you still have to wait 35 minutes?

    Mobile ordering repeatedly does not work well at this location. I've had to chase down my orders because checking in at the stall when I arrive did not work more than once. Last time I ended up waiting 15 minutes in the stall and had to go to the drive thru and wait another 25 minutes to be told that the car hop was on break. Almost a 45 min wait total. The other time it was more than 30 minutes. You can't go inside because of their setup so I don't know how to fix this. The order accuracy was 100% but food was cold after 45 minutes.
