His customer service stood out, and he made me feel genuinely appreciated as a customer. I’ll definitely be back!

- TNTheresa Nguyen-ButlerJun 14, 20262.0This place is decent. I rate it a 2 star because the one and only time I got some of their praline candies, the pralines tasted like Fabuloso. The purple one, specifically. You can’t taste it when you eat it because it’s masked by everything else, but when you get to the praline and if you eat it separately, you can taste it. (I tasted a hint of the Fabuloso, and tested it that way to confirm if I was right it not). Not sure how that happened, if it’s a one time accident, but I won’t take the chances of that happening again. Really gross. That said, Fabuloso doesn’t actually clean anything so I don’t know why anyone would use it. Makes me question how sanitary everything else in this candy shop is.

There are so many sweet options to choose from that it can be hard to decide, but Alexis made the experience easy and enjoyable. She was excellent at helping us navigate the selection, offered great recommendations, and provided friendly customer service. If you're looking for quality sweets and a welcoming experience, this is definitely a place worth visiting!
- BEBrian EdmondsonJun 8, 20265.0First of all, Erieka, is an absolute ROCKSTAR!!! She is the assistant GM and was only on her second day, but made our visit extremely special. Luckily, both the GM and Regional manager were there during our visit and I made sure to tell them just how great she was and now I'm telling you! The sweets are always great, but the service is what counts and I would drive from Charlotte, NC again tomorrow just for that level of service! GREAT JOB MA'AM
