  Don’t come here just cook your own food. The hush puppies were the worse I’ve ever seen or tasted. The fish had no seasoning. $15 for a large okra just for them to give me a single paper basket size. The large okra option is not on the menu. Smdh. What professionalism!? Nonchalant attitudes from all of the staff. Just close down because yall are playing with people’s money and in this economy is low down. I would give negative stars if I could.

  First, let me say that I love supporting Black-owned businesses, but come on! I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes waiting to place my order before another customer informed me that orders had to be placed at the kiosk. A staff member could have easily said something, or there could have been a sign directing customers to use the kiosk. The grease tasted old, which affected the flavor of the food. The fish and shrimp were overly salty. The chicken wings were just okay and nothing special. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience and did not find the food or service to be worth a return visit. I truly wanted to enjoy and support this business, but there is definitely room for improvement.

  TikTok strikes again. Drove 30 minutes and was sorely disappointed. The portions looked nothing like the videos I saw on TikTok. I waited 28 minutes for my food. My son ate one shrimp and said yuck. Drove 30 minutes and spent $43 on some mid food I could I have just eaten at Sharks. In response to owner: Yes I described the food as mid because for a place with a 4 star rating, the hoopla on TikTok plus the price, the food was on the same level as J&J’s or Sharks. You are correct taste is subjective and I did not find the food to be worth the price or the distance I travelled.

  So, I read the reviews both on YouTube and Facebook and decided to give this place a try. I spent $140 on fish, fries, Coleslaw, shrimp, a slice of cake, and (hushpuppies which wasn't in my bag). Bottom line, it was around 1:30pm when I picked up my order and the fish and shrimp was heavily coated in dark, oily, and crispy breading. It smelled of old reused grease. It wasn't good...at all and my family refused to touch it. So disappointed 😞

  The fish and shrimp are good cooked well and seasoned very very good. The hush puppies were very hard and lacked any flavor. The wings were ok nothing special. The fires were not fresh. Also, I do think they are a bit overpriced. We paid $65.00 for 2 meals and a side of onion rings which were not served fresh and neither meal included a drink. For the hype of trying it it was cool but based on what you get for the price point I would not return.
