Both airport locations are terrible. Every week they are out of at least 4 items and the employees are rude. Out of tortillas, chicken, guac, peppers, jalapenos, queso, etc. What’s left after that?

Staff is super friendly, as well as the portions being great for the price. There is a ton of seating in the food court that this Qdoba is located and it’s a fairly quiet area as well. I sat by a window and it was cool seeing planes taxiing.

I had a really great experience at QDOBA in Concourse E at the Atlanta airport. Traveling can be stressful, especially when you’re trying to grab something quick before a flight, but the team here made the experience easy and enjoyable. The service was friendly, welcoming, and efficient, even with the airport being busy.
The food was fresh, flavorful, and filling. Everything tasted like it had been prepared with care, and I really enjoyed being able to customize my meal exactly how I wanted it. The portions were generous, and the ingredients tasted fresh. It was honestly one of the better quick meals I’ve had at an airport.

Extremely disappointed with this location. On 8/6 around 4pm wait times were more than 30+ minutes as there was 5+ employees standing behind the employees serving just doing nothing laughing and making jokes while the line barely moved. Then there was no chicken available and the manager was literally going around testing food temps in front of customers. It was a complete disaster. This location needs management re-training.

I waked up to this place in the Atlanta Airport. I wait there for a couple of minutes while there are 5 workers behind the counter. 4 of these workers are just sitting there -chatting to each other. Finally a lady asks me what I want. Each time I said anything I had to repeat it about 3 times. They were unfortunately out of black beans, and guacamole. The people who served me didn’t seem to care. They didn’t look lively. They didn’t seem interested in anything, except each other. Ian sorry to write this review, but I feel the major need to. It was a horrible experience with the workers. Even at the end of the line the lady at the register took a minute, asked me if I wanted anything else, which I said no. She looked away and expected me to pay with card, which I had cash. I was waiting for her to look back for another minute. It felt so rude. I understand now why there is no line. Everyone was rude. I normally live in California, and I don’t know if it a cultural thing, but I think this place would be so much nicer if the workers could just care. Just give eye contact, smile, give a “thank you”, “have a nice day”. I left feeling horrible. The only thing that was good though was the main thing. The food. It would 100% be better if they provided some kindness, and gave some love to people. Thank you. I don’t normally leave reviews, especially bad ones. Everyone reading, Have a wonderful day!
