  This Pizza Hut is ridiculous. I ordered $40 worth of pizza to be delivered to my home and never received my order. I reached out to the store several times only to find out my pizza was supposed to be delivered through door dash . After two hours passed I came to the conclusion I was never going to receive my pizzas. I called to speak with someone to ask can I be refunded for never receiving my pizza and ask how do they get in touch with the door dash driver to see where they were. I was told they have no way of contacted door dash that’s the risk they take when they use door dash . Also, the customer service representative told me he would send a email about my refund and proceeded to hang up in my face . It is a week later and I have yet to receive my refund.This is unacceptable!!!!

  0/10 employees don’t know how to answer the phone with any lick of RESPECT !! I ordered online 26.99 box 2 pizzas breadsticks & pasta ! They didn’t have a delivery driver so my food got sent through DoorDash. My pizza arrived cold AND Incorrectly, okay I said no biggie. Called the store back and they said they would give me credits. It took a week in a half for them to actually put my credits on my account ( they kept playing on the phone laughing in my ear about my order, how they wasn’t gonna give me my extra $8) so finally I got my credits ($30) I ordered 3 large pizzas 3 toppings for each because I had my family come down from South Carolina only got our food to be completely greasy ! Food was so greasy everybody went home sick and with a stomach ache! Having to stop 5/6 times on the highway to throw up 10 people got sick ! 5 kids and 5 adults got sick from eating at this location. If you don’t wanna spend hours at the hospital and pay for large amounts of medicine AVOID THIS LOCATION! IT WILL MAKE YOU SICK FOR DAYSSSSSS!

  I really need to report and put it out there earlier today was very scary and disturbing at the Pizza Hut on Cascade my son and I stopped to get some pizza for my grandson birthday he was literally in the door one second before the young lady that works there,very ugly mean-spirited and talking crazy to him while he was on the phone asking my grandson what he wanted,she was upset for whatever reason they got into an altercation he came out she came out the door behind him cursing and threatening him call him all kinds of names I told him to get in the car we will go somewhere else and I would never step foot back yeah that Pizza Hut very disappointing and not acceptable I'm sure she acted like this with other customers he wasn't the only one I'm sure

  I ended up not ordering nothing because the chick who work at the counter was so rude this happened after 1pm Saturday 4/25/26 I was on the phone verifying the order with my mother so I can make sure I get the Pizza that was wanted and I was at the door and I guess the door was going off I didn't realize I was making it go off when the lady who work there said something about it so i told her I didn't realize I was doing it I was on the phone so she said I didn't have to get smart with her I wasn't getting Smart with her I was letting her know I didn't realize I was doing it so she said some disrespectful stuff to me and I said some disrespectful stuff back to her and I decided I wasn't going to buy there because she was being disrespectful so I decided to just leave so I left and as I was going to my car she came out side with a dude to fight me talking disrespectful stuff trying to provke me I wasn't going for it so I left other customers that was going to buy saw what she did and they decided not to buy also this was my second time having a issue with this Cascade location the first time I went there everybody was in the back nobody was at the counter and when I waited about 10mins nobody came to the counter so I called to the back that I was there and the dude at the time got mad and had a attitude so at that time I left and didn't buy either that location is so getto something has to be done. This was the Cascade location in Atlanta right at the Publix plaza

  Went inside your restaurant to order some bread sticks, Simple. Wasn't greeted with a hello or any normal greeting. The cashier( with glasses) stated that there would be a 45 min wait if you're ordering ANYTHING!!!!! I said even it's bread sticks??? She began to go on a long rant about it's Friday and it's really busy(I was the only customer in the store at the time). I explained that she needed to work on her customer service and to try and make eye contact with the customer when explaining ANY situation. Customer service like this is horrible for business
