- FBFranchesca BuieJun 18, 20265.0This was my very first time having such a great experience from start to finish at this cascade location I came on 6/18/26 at night around 9pm and the Assistant Manager Ms. Sherry was simply awesome great customer service and she knew her job well and I love the way she communicated and treated her staff as well I never had such a great pizza experience in my life! I hope the company use Ms. Sherry as an example for training and running a great location with a smile and great customer service from start to finish ever her phone tone was great. Thank u Ms. Sherry

The Staff Here Are Very Disrespectful And Unprofessional They Bring A Bad Look On The Pizza Hut Brand Company. Order 4 pizzas and Was not Informed what I Order was not available until I arrived after I paid for the Pizza. Then when I informed them this not what I Order they this is Incorrect They Stated I would not get my money back and be given a store credit. This is a very deceptive sale practice. *PLEASE Go To The Metropolitan Or Washington Road Pizza Hut, There You Will Be Treated With Respect And Kindness And Great Customer Service, They Have Wounderful Management Staff!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME AT CASCADE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
