  Dang yall hate me huh 😭😭 also no sauces in sight 😩😅 I thought the picture showed that the pasta was uncooked, not covered and stuffed into the same box as the cheesy bread. the response from the store didn’t bother to even acknowledge the pasta. Y’all gave me uncooked pasta... With no lid and Homie put it in a pizza box. Ratchet with a capital R sorry not sorry

  They have closing times and they don’t meet those times. Ordered 25 minutes before closing time and they simply canceled my order meanwhile having a box in front of my face from another order.

  Management needs to hire more people; 1 woman alone in there working her self to the bone and the pizza tasted great but she needs a break

  Ordered a triple treat box and the pizza was not in good shape or quality, so we requested a remake. The remake comes back and is equally in bad quality, so we ask if we could get a refund because we’re semi-consistent Pizza Hut goers, just usually at different locations. When we called we were told “first time customers always have complaints so I can’t offer you a full refund” and “I made the pizza myself so I know there is nothing wrong” despite thee pizzas missing an ingredient TWICE and having bland flat crust and hardly any sauce. Currently we are moving and planning on having this pizza for dinner after working all day, so waiting over an hour for two pizzas we consider inedible feels unacceptable. We are also not “first time customers”; a month ago I ordered pizza and wings from that location that was AMAZING, and the Buford Highway location has never given me any issues. I feel absolutely insulted by this, and we will not not order from this location any more.

  I had a great experience at Pizza Hut, and I especially want to recognize Mo, the manager. He was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and making sure everything is handled the right way. His customer service really stood out to me, and I truly appreciate the way he treated me. Pizza Hut is lucky to have someone like Mo on their team!
