  I am an Amazon driver and had on my vest as I placed my order and paid. After paying I asked the cashier Crystal if I could use the restroom that was labeled right next to the register. She denied my use saying there were chemicals in the restroom. In order to prevent an accident, I had to rush 4 doors down to used the restroom at Firehouse Sub. When I returned to patiently wait on my order a younger lady came and asked to use the restroom. I could tell Crystal was about to open it until she saw me sitting near the window. At which time she told her there were chemicals in the restroom. Crystal then gave me my order and as I was walking to my car I saw her unlock the restroom for the other lady. This made for feel as if I, too a customer spending my money was not appreciated. I explained to Crystal that it was not fare to show favoritism when I too am a customer. She then tells me the girl pull out her period pad and shod her she was on her cycle. This make no sense and un sanitary for one. I too had an emergency situation. But I dont believe in getting derespectful nor "nasty" just to convince Crystal to open the restroom when I am a paying customer. I returned my order and requested a refund. I belive in spending my money where I feel appreciated.

  Crystal was friendly , attempt and knowledgeable she let me know about the specials and the deals and she has a great personality. My pizza was perfect. My wings was saucy like I like it. Good job Crystal. I will be returning again as a customer.

  For the 2nd time in less than a week, this store has completely failed in my delivery. Last week we ordered pizzas and Pepsi, the delivery was 30+ minutes late and wrong. Tonight we ordered again, should be delivered in 30 minutes, an hour later I call the store and they tell me my order has been cancelled because they are out of personal pan pizzas. That’s fine, but you could’ve called me and I would’ve ordered a regular size pizza. They did not call or email or anything else. My app still says that it’s cooking. When I mentioned this, the girl that answered the phone was rude and very short with yep and nope answers. The food is great but the service is lacking. A simple quick phone call could have saved all of us trouble. Now it’s 9:45 and I’ve got to figure out dinner.

  Crystal was so great. Attentive and efficient! Customer service was a 10/10! My order was EXACTLY what i ordered.
