  Ordered with DoorDash and food was hot and just as ordered. Got the new parm crust pizza and it was really good for the size and price.

  Had a great experience at Pizza Hut on Piedmont Avenue thanks to Zaria! Her positive attitude and exceptional customer service made the visit stand out. She was quick, efficient, and incredibly friendly, even taking the time to compliment my outfit and make me feel welcome. It’s clear she genuinely cares about customers and brings great energy to the team. Definitely one of the best service experiences I’ve had recently!

  Awful. Just awful. I ordered through delivery at 6:00pm got the pizzas, both were wrong. One of the people in my group cannot have marinara sauce due to heartburn issues they get, so we ordered without sauce, guess what, it came with sauce. Then mine was supposed to be a pan pizza, was not a pan pizza. They arrived at 7:00pm, so we called just to have the one without sauce remade and delivered since the person in my group literally can’t have any pizza now. It takes until a little after 9:00pm to get the pizza delivered to us, however before at 8:45pm we call since we’re not getting any updates on the pizza and they say they’ve been waiting for a driver! They said it would only take 20 to 25 minutes for it to arrive from 7:00pm, it obviously did not take that time since it was 8:45pm. We got put on hold for quite a long time after we asked if we could just get a refund instead since the pizza was not going to be delivered on time and we just needed to rest for our next day of travel. They argued with us and, somehow through that, not knowing the pizza was being delivered in their store to us while they argued. Then we get a call from downstairs that the pizza has been delivered. So we just have to end the call and get the pizza at that point. Now after all of this, dear reader, do you think the pizza was right? No. No. Not at all in fact! It still had marinara sauce! And now with mushrooms, peppers, and a whole lot of other toppings we didn’t order on the pizza! So overall, an awful experience, and I personally feel like this Pizza Hut can be out-pizzaed by their competitors with how, frankly, foolish this was.
