- JCjasmine carsonOct 5, 20261.0It took 50 plus minutes to get my food delivered . When I finally received my pizza it was over cooked and partially burnt.i was disappointed.
- BRBella RussellOct 2, 20261.0If I could give a -0-star review, I would. Employees from Grady Memorial Hospital placed a $125 Pizza Hut order around 12:00 p.m. for our staff after a long day without lunch. The first order was picked up by an Uber driver who then became unreachable. We placed a second $125 order directly through the Pizza Hut app, unaware that staffing shortages meant it would be given to DoorDash. More than an hour later, we still had no food, despite the location being only minutes from the hospital. After repeatedly trying to reach the store through the call center, one of our nurses had to leave the hospital and go to the store herself. She was ignored and referred back to the call center. When she finally spoke with the manager, we were essentially told that once the food was handed to the driver, it was no longer Pizza Hut’s responsibility. After more than two hours of waiting, the manager finally offered to remake the order at 3:09 p.m. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism from both the Piedmont Avenue location and call center on October 2, 2026 was unacceptable. We spent approximately $250 on two orders and were treated as though our concerns did not matter. We have pictures and documentation of this experience. Unfortunately, we will not be ordering from this location again and will be sharing our experience with our coworkers when choosing where to place future large orders. Pizza Hut, please do better.
