  I order pizza on the web sites from this located. They say they don't have no driver so they is using door dash service. So the door dash driver pick up the food but I never received my order. I call the store to see what going on with the pizza. The manager told me that he have to wait until doordash refund them the money back and he will send me another pizza. After waiting for an hour, I call back to see what going on, the manager tell me that the doordash service stop at 10 pm. So I ask the manager why he didn't call me and let me know. He told me that he was working by himself or whatever and didn't have time to focus on my order. So I told him just give me my money back. He told me to wait until the general manager to come in the next door. I call the general manager and he acted like he wasn't trying to give me my money. How can I have a store credit and I pay for the orders with a card. The manager and the general manger don't have good customer service. I ordered pizza from this located before and never had this place. The manager need to have a better customer service with the customer. I need to get my money back. I don't want no pizza. I wait over hour and half yesterday for a pizza. The manager never tell to call me back after I call the first time about my order. I have been in customer and management service over 15 years and I would never leave a customer not happy about their orders.

  Pizza Hut has really lost there touch they sent me out a burnt pizza and refused to send a new pizza plus they forgot items just run the food is not good and management is rude
