  Jennifer was super great but to hear her tell me Pizza Hut charge for cheese and pepper I don’t like that pepper and cheese should come with the pizza

  I just left this Pizza Hut I had a pick up for Linda. ever time I visit this location it’s always a great experience, employee Larry always a vibe. Every time I come here. Larry is nice, kind, and very polite. For me Larry is a hard worker and always put the customer first. Larry keep up the great work in everything you do. Larry is a very nice man. Thank you🙏🏽

  Terrible service and unapologetic about it!! Orders take 30+ min but the real gag is, they hit “ready” on the screen so corporate thinks everything is ok!! Can’t complain to management because they don’t care either!! Attitude, disrespect, and overall service quality is at an all time low!! I would never recommend this location to ANYBODY! If you order from here BEWARe! You have been warned….

  After visiting this store Saturday i will never return...with it being after 9pm I feel it was unsafe to have homeless ppl hanging out in the lobby and out front...the manager Tae was extremely rude and unprofessional to myself and other customers...using vulgar language and a lack of urgency for orders...I also watched another employee eat pizza off the rack with a lack of hygienic practices...with all that i had to experience they had the nerve to burn my pizzas...plz do better with you hiring and training process because this was horrible

  An extremely disappointing and concerning experience at this Pizza Hut location. This was, by far, the worst experience I have had with a Pizza Hut franchise. I placed an online order that indicated it would be ready within approximately 15 minutes. Instead, I waited approximately 45 minutes in the lobby for my order. During this time, Tae stated that our order was contributing to the delay because she was “behind” and had to remake orders. While waiting, I also witnessed and recorded an individual whom I believe to be Nicole Ciara Robbins eating from a pizza order while customers, including myself, were still waiting in the lobby for their food. I found this behavior extremely concerning and unprofessional. More seriously, I believe Nicole used Pizza Hut's customer database to obtain my personal contact information. I subsequently received calls and text messages from what I believe to be her personal cell phone containing various threats. Based on the timing and content of these communications, I believe this may have been an attempt to intimidate me into not contacting Pizza Hut corporate or leaving an honest review of my experience. After approximately 50 minutes of waiting, our Cinnabon order was left in the oven long enough to become burnt. When we finally arrived home, we also discovered that our pizza was burnt.
