It's always a great experience there, especially with Tae, the cashier. She works hard to make sure your order is correct and fresh, and she'll go out of her way to get it to you as quickly as possible. I love the team there.
Came in during what had to be one of the busiest rushes I've seen at a Pizza Hut. Orders flying, chaos all around — but Nicole was an absolute standout. Cool, calm, and completely collected the entire time. She handled the rush like a pro and made what could have been a frustrating experience genuinely pleasant.
That kind of composure under pressure is rare, and it does not go unnoticed. Nicole deserves recognition well beyond her current role — honestly, she's already operating at a manager level. If leadership is paying attention, she's worth every bit of a raise and then some.

I ordered from this Pizza Hut location while traveling in Georgia with my family, and the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish.
I placed a delivery order through the app, and when it arrived, multiple items were incorrect. The drinks I ordered were substituted without my approval, the sauce I selected was replaced with something I did not want, and the pizza itself was wrong, cold, and dry.
When I called the store to address the issue, the customer service was unacceptable. The woman who answered was rude, argumentative, and unprofessional. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, she became defensive, spoke over me, and ultimately hung up on me.
After reading other reviews, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident, this location seems to have an ongoing problem with both food quality and customer service.
I would strongly recommend ordering from somewhere else, even if it costs more. No one should have to deal with this level of service, especially when paying for their meal.
To the owner: responding with generic apologies is not enough. If you were truly concerned about customer experience, these repeated issues would have been addressed by now.
Overall, a terrible experience. I wish I could give zero stars. Ya’ll suck.
