  When I first pulled up, there was a worker playing with a dog halfway inside of the store with the door open. The dog noticed me and ran over to me. I was trying to avoid the dog. I don’t like random dogs running up to me . I was then threatened by the owner of the dog. After being threatened by the owner of the dog and the employee who was playing with the owner’s dog just standing there watching I proceed to go inside. Once inside after placing my order 20 min. Before getting there, the worker who was playing with the dog, proceeds to look for my pizza and didn’t even wash their hands. No one had any knowledge of my order. Which was good because I would not have taken it anyway from the girl who didn’t wash her hands. Don’t order from this Pizza Hut.

  Great experience! The pizza was fresh, hot, and made just the way I ordered it. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and my order came out quickly. You can tell they care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back for another pizza night. Keep up the great work!

  Friday, I tried to place an order online, and I was met with an error message, so I decided to call. Pizza Hut has an answering service, and the rep advised me that this location was out of almost everything. So the original order that would've cost me $14 before delivery was now $32 because she had to upsell me to fit the location's current inventory. After working overtime, I just wanted to eat. I had to order two large stuffed-crust pizzas, so I chose one cheese pie and the other half ground beef and half pepperoni. I received my order relatively fast, and the pizza was doughy at the bottom, it was basically flopping, the pizza was not cut thoroughly- I had to pull out my personal pizza cutter to do it correctly... then on top of that... NO GROUND BEEF .. just a cheese pie and a pepperoni pie. The cheese on my cheese pizza was so brown- not burnt, but it definitely made the pizza unenjoyable because there was barely any cheese after being scorched. I tried speaking with the manager the next day to express my concerns, and again was met with the answering service. I was initially speaking with a man, and then another agent took over and told me that she was getting me over to the manager. I was on hold for a good 2 minutes before a woman answered. Once I asked for the manager, I heard her yell out, "They're calling to speak with a manager." She put me on hold, and I sat there for 15 minutes without an answer. smh
